【摘要】：為探究內(nèi)循環(huán)厭氧反應(yīng)器高負荷啟動試驗,在常溫條件下,文章對自行設(shè)計的內(nèi)循環(huán)厭氧反應(yīng)器進行了以水葫蘆汁液為模擬廢水的高負荷啟動試驗。結(jié)果表明:在啟動運行55 d后,進水有機負荷可以達到5 kg·m~(-3)d~(-1)以上,COD去除率達到了93%,池容產(chǎn)氣率達到了1.39 L·L~(-1)d~(-1),甲烷含量達到了69%,顆粒污泥粒徑達到了4~5mm。通過對比分析,高負荷啟動方式較傳統(tǒng)的低負荷啟動方式效率要高,因此,內(nèi)循環(huán)厭氧反應(yīng)器的高負荷啟動方式是可行的、高效的,為以后內(nèi)循環(huán)厭氧反應(yīng)器的工程應(yīng)用提供一種新的啟動參考方式。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the high load start-up test of the internal circulation anaerobic reactor, a high load start-up test was carried out on the designed inner circulation anaerobic reactor under normal temperature, using the water hyacinth juice as the simulated wastewater. The results showed that after 55 days of operation, the organic loading of influent reached more than 5 kg m-3 d-1, the removal rate of COD reached 93%, the gas production rate of the pool reached 1.39 L L-1 d-1, the methane content reached 69 mm, and the particle size of granular sludge reached 45 mm. Through comparative analysis, the high load start-up mode is more efficient than the traditional low load start-up mode, therefore, the high load start-up mode of the internal circulation anaerobic reactor is feasible and efficient. It provides a new starting reference method for the engineering application of internal circulation anaerobic reactor.
