硫磺和黃鐵礦為填料的生物濾池自養(yǎng)反硝化強(qiáng)化處理二沉尾水

【摘要】:采用硫自養(yǎng)反硝化工藝處理模擬污水廠二沉尾水,分別以硫磺湓白云石、黃鐵礦湓白云石為填料,考察不同填料下生物濾池的脫氮除磷效果.結(jié)果表明,在HRT(水力停留時(shí)間)為1 h的條件下,硫磺湓白云石反應(yīng)器在10 d內(nèi)能迅速啟動(dòng),出水ρ(NO3--N)小于1.00 mg湓L(fǎng),去除率高達(dá)99%,反應(yīng)器的最佳實(shí)際HRT為45 min.進(jìn)水中的DO對(duì)硫磺湓白云石反應(yīng)器反硝化效果沒(méi)有明顯影響,但會(huì)對(duì)黃鐵礦湓白云石反應(yīng)器的反硝化效果產(chǎn)生影響.去除進(jìn)水中的DO后,在HRT為4 d下,黃鐵礦湓白云石反應(yīng)器出水NO3--N和TP的質(zhì)量濃度分別為10.31和0.10 mg湓L(fǎng),其去除率分別為67.2%和90.7%.采用高速水流反沖洗后,兩個(gè)反應(yīng)器的脫氮效果均能在2 d內(nèi)迅速恢復(fù).在12℃的低溫條件下,硫磺湓白云石和黃鐵礦湓白云石反應(yīng)器的處理效果均變化不大.去除一定量的NO3--N時(shí),硫磺湓白云石反應(yīng)器的SO42-生成量與理論值相符合,黃鐵礦湓白云石反應(yīng)器的略高于理論值.研究顯示,硫磺湓白云石體系可有效去除二沉尾水中的NO3--N,而黃鐵礦湓白云石體系具有同時(shí)脫氮除磷的功能.
[Abstract]:The sulfur autotrophic denitrification process was used to treat the secondary sedimentation tailings of the simulated wastewater treatment plant. The nitrogen and phosphorus removal effects of biological filter under different fillers were investigated with sulfur gouge dolomite and pyrite dolomite as fillers respectively. The results show that under the condition of HRT (hydraulic retention time) 1 h, the sulfur dolomite reactor can be started quickly within 10 days, the effluent 蟻 (NO3--N) is less than 1. 00 mg L, the removal rate is up to 99, and the optimum actual HRT of the reactor is 45 min.. The DO in the influent has no obvious effect on denitrification of brimstone dolomite reactor, but it will affect the denitrification effect of pyrite dolomite reactor. After the removal of DO from the influent, the mass concentrations of NO3--N and TP in the effluent of pyrite dolomite reactor were 10.31 and 0.10 mg respectively, and the removal rates were 67.2% and 90.7%, respectively, when the HRT was 4 days.
