改性甘蔗渣吸附水中鎘和鉛的研究

【摘要】:本論文選用制糖工業(yè)副產(chǎn)物—甘蔗渣為原料,制備了系列化學(xué)改性甘蔗渣,篩選出兩種對(duì)Pb2+有較好吸附效果的吸附劑—環(huán)氧氯丙烷改性甘蔗渣和KMnO4改性甘蔗渣,一種對(duì)Cd2+有較好吸附效果的吸附劑—環(huán)氧氯丙烷-濃硫酸改性甘蔗渣。考察了吸附劑投加量、初始pH值、吸附時(shí)間、Cd2+與Pb2+初始濃度等因素對(duì)改性甘蔗渣吸附模擬廢水中Cd2+和Pb2+效果的影響,研究了改性甘蔗渣對(duì)Cd2+和Pb2+的吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)和吸附等溫線,并對(duì)吸附機(jī)理進(jìn)行了初步探討,得到以下研究結(jié)果:(1)環(huán)氧氯丙烷改性甘蔗渣吸附Pb2+(初始濃度為10 mg/L)的最佳條件為:pH=7,吸附時(shí)間為60 min;吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)符合準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,吸附等溫線符合Langmuir方程,對(duì)Pb2+的理論飽和吸附量為41.67 mg/g;采用0.1 mol/L H2SO4溶液對(duì)改性甘蔗渣進(jìn)行解吸再生,循環(huán)使用三次后,對(duì)Pb2+的吸附量仍有38.03 mg/g;環(huán)氧氯丙烷改性甘蔗渣對(duì)Pb2+的吸附機(jī)理為配位反應(yīng)。(2)KMnO4(0.5 mmol/L)改性甘蔗渣吸附Pb2+(初始濃度為10 mg/L)的最佳條件為:投加量為1.5 g/L,pH=5,吸附時(shí)間為10 min;吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)符合準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,吸附等溫線符合Langmuir方程,理論飽和吸附量為18.03 mg/g;KMnO4(0.5 mmol/L)改性甘蔗渣對(duì)Pb2+的吸附機(jī)理是配位反應(yīng)。(3)KMnO4(30 mmol/L)改性甘蔗渣吸附Pb2+(初始濃度為50 mg/L)的最佳條件為:投加量為0.5 g/L,pH=5,吸附時(shí)間為60 min;吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)符合準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,吸附等溫線符合Langmuir方程,理論飽和吸附量為307.7 mg/g;KMnO4(30 mmol/L)改性甘蔗渣中δ-MnO2與Pb2+形成了內(nèi)層絡(luò)合物。(4)環(huán)氧氯丙烷-濃硫酸改性甘蔗渣吸附Cd2+(初始濃度為10 mg/L)的最佳條件為:投加量為1g/L,pH=6,吸附時(shí)間為60 min;吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)符合準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,吸附等溫線符合Langmuir方程,理論飽和吸附量為21.79 mg/g;環(huán)氧氯丙烷-濃硫酸改性甘蔗渣對(duì)Cd2+的吸附機(jī)理是配位反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a series of chemically modified bagasse were prepared by using bagasse, a by-product of sugar industry, as raw material. Two kinds of adsorbents, epoxy chloropropane modified bagasse and KMnO4 modified bagasse, were selected. A good adsorbent for Cd2-epichlorohydrin-concentrated sulfuric acid modified bagasse. The effects of adsorbent dosage, initial pH value, initial concentration of CD2 and Pb2 on the adsorption of Cd2 and Pb2 in modified bagasse wastewater were investigated. The adsorption kinetics and isotherm of modified bagasse to Cd2 and Pb2 were studied. The adsorption mechanism was preliminarily discussed. The following results were obtained: (1) the optimal conditions for adsorption of Pb2 (initial concentration 10 mg/L) by epichlorohydrin modified bagasse were as follows: (1) the adsorption kinetics of bagasse modified by epichlorohydrin (10 mg/L) was as follows: (1) the adsorption kinetics of bagasse modified by epichlorohydrin was in accordance with the quasi second-order kinetic equation at 60 min;. The adsorption isotherm accorded with Langmuir equation. The theoretical saturated adsorption capacity of Pb2 was 41.67 mg/g;. The modified bagasse was desorbed and regenerated by 0.1 mol/L H2SO4 solution. The adsorption mechanism of Pb2 on bagasse modified by epichlorohydrin 38.03 mg/g; is coordination reaction. (2) the optimum conditions of KMnO4 (0.5 mmol/L) modified bagasse to adsorb Pb2 (initial concentration is 10 mg/L) are as follows: the dosage is 1.5 g / L ~ (-1) pH ~ (-1), the adsorption time is 10 min;. The adsorption kinetics accords with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation. The adsorption isotherm accords with Langmuir equation. The adsorption mechanism of bagasse modified with 18. 03 mg/g;KMnO4 (0. 5 mmol/L) on Pb2 is coordination reaction. (3) the optimal conditions for the adsorption of Pb2 (initial concentration 50 mg/L) by KMnO4 (30 mmol/L) modified bagasse are as follows: the dosage of 0. 5 g / L pH 5, and the adsorption time of 60 min;. In accordance with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation, The adsorption isotherm accords with Langmuir equation. The theoretical saturated adsorption capacity of 307.7 mg/g;KMnO4 (30 mmol/L) modified bagasse was 307.7 mg/g;KMnO4 (30 mmol/L) 未 -MnO2 formed an inner complex with Pb2. The adsorption isotherm accords with Langmuir equation, and the adsorption mechanism of Cd2 on bagasse modified by epichlorohydrin and concentrated sulfuric acid is 21.79 mg/g;.
