瘦西湖風(fēng)景區(qū)水環(huán)境SS污染控制規(guī)劃研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of non-point source pollution of water environment has become increasingly prominent in the construction of urban scenic spots in China. (SS), a solid suspended substance in water, is one of the important pollutants in non-point source pollution. It has a wide range of pollution areas and strong randomness, which seriously damages the ecological balance of water environment. The optimal rain flood management measure (BMPs) is a set of systematic theory system of non-point source pollution control. How to apply appropriate BMPs technology measures to control SS pollution effectively is an urgent problem to be solved in the water pollution control planning and construction of urban scenic spots at present. This paper takes Yangzhou Scenic spot of thin West Lake as an example, starting with the basic theory, referring to the relevant documents at home and abroad, investigating and experimenting the SS pollution, and deeply analyzing the application of BMPs technology measures in controlling the SS pollution in the Scenic Lake Scenic spot. Combined with the design scheme, this paper probes into the SS pollution control planning strategy in order to benefit the current urban scenic spot water pollution control planning and construction. The main contents of this paper include the following five aspects: (1) the research background of water environmental pollution, non-point source pollution crisis, SS pollution problem in China and the current situation of water pollution control planning in Yangzhou Scenic Lake Scenic area are introduced. The purpose, significance, research method and technical route of SS pollution are put forward. The concept characteristics, main harm, source process, detection method and relevant specifications of SS pollution are expounded. The basic concepts and research progress of BMPs are introduced. The systematic composition and technical measures, the theoretical basis of water environment pollution control planning and the related research progress at home and abroad are summarized. (2) the location, topography, climate, social environment and historical culture of the scenic spot are described. The structure pattern of green vegetation, building group, square road and hydrological network in Scenic spot of thin West Lake is analyzed quantitatively. At the same time, the problems existing in the study area are found out. It provides related indexes for the application of BMPs technology and SS pollution control planning. (3) the water samples from different spots in the scenic area of the Slian-West Lake are collected and tested experimentally, and the conclusion that the water environment SS pollution in the Scenic spot of the Slian-West Lake is Class V water is obtained. The variation factors of SS content in different water areas and different time were analyzed to provide scientific basis for the application of BMPs technical measures. (4) according to the present situation analysis and field investigation of green space pattern and structure in the study area, the appropriate BMPs technical measures were selected. Based on the experimental results of SS content, two schemes of "diversity control of runoff pollution" and "series-type control of point source of water diversion" were made. It lays a theoretical and experimental foundation for the study of water environment planning in this area. (5) based on the experimental study of SS pollution and the application scheme design of BMPs technology measures, the concept, principles and methods of planning are put forward systematically, and "resisting external pollution" is formulated. The "three defense lines" plan of "constructing runoff pollution control network" and "coordinated development of flood control, landscape and ecology".
