【摘要】：采用半靜水式實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,研究Pb~(2+)暴露30 d對(duì)中華大蟾蜍(Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor)生理狀態(tài)和耳后腺分泌蟾蜍甾烯水平的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨Pb~(2+)濃度(0.68~5.46 mg·L~(-1))升高,蛻皮和自發(fā)活動(dòng)減少,存活率下降。進(jìn)一步采用液相-質(zhì)譜檢測(cè)技術(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn),0.68 mg·L~(-1)Pb~(2+)暴露下,10種蟾蜍甾烯水平出現(xiàn)1.5倍以上變化。5.46 mg·L~(-1)Pb~(2+)暴露下,17種蟾蜍甾烯水平發(fā)生下調(diào)(1.5倍),其中bufarenogin水平顯著下降(P0.05),其他物質(zhì)水平與對(duì)照組無(wú)顯著性差異。這說(shuō)明Pb~(2+)暴露對(duì)蟾蜍耳后腺中蟾蜍甾烯物質(zhì)具有潛在影響。
[Abstract]:The effects of Pb~ (2) exposure for 30 days on the physiological state of (Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor) and the level of steroid secreted by the posterior ear gland of toad were studied by semi-hydrostatic method. The results showed that with the increase of Pb~ (2) concentration (0.68 ~ 5.46 mg / L ~ (-1), molting and spontaneous activity decreased, and the survival rate decreased. Furthermore, liquid phase mass spectrometry (LMS) technique was used to detect 10 toad sterene species exposed to 0.68 mg L ~ (-1) Pb~ (2). The levels of 10 toad steroids were more than 1.5-fold change. 17 species of toad sterene were down-regulated (1.5-fold) under 5.46 mg L-1 Pb~ (2) exposure, in which bufarenogin level was significantly decreased (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of other substances between the control group and the control group. This suggests that Pb~ (2) exposure has a potential effect on toad steroids in the posterior ear gland of toads.
