大連市某污水處理廠工程設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:大連普灣新區(qū)現(xiàn)狀排水體制為雨、污合流制,除普蘭店城區(qū)、松木島化工園區(qū)外,其它區(qū)域排水設(shè)施均不健全。目前僅有普蘭店城區(qū)污水處理廠和松木島化工園區(qū)污水處理廠運(yùn)行,其它城鎮(zhèn)和鄉(xiāng)村均未建設(shè)污水處理廠。雖然現(xiàn)已建設(shè)的部分道路鋪設(shè)了污水管網(wǎng),但沒有形成完整的系統(tǒng)。由于污水收集系統(tǒng)不完善,污水經(jīng)現(xiàn)有河道排入海域,不利于環(huán)境保護(hù)。 為了減少市政污水對生態(tài)環(huán)境的危害,市政府規(guī)劃在普灣新區(qū)三十里堡地區(qū)建設(shè)大型污水處理廠。普灣新區(qū)三十里堡污水處理廠為普灣新區(qū)及三十里堡臨港工業(yè)區(qū)規(guī)劃的市政公用設(shè)施,污水廠工程建設(shè)規(guī)模為2萬m3/d。主要服務(wù)范圍為三十里堡臨港工業(yè)區(qū)及其南側(cè)區(qū)域,處理服務(wù)范圍內(nèi)的工業(yè)企業(yè)預(yù)處理達(dá)標(biāo)的廢水和生活污水。 根據(jù)污水處理廠進(jìn)水水質(zhì)特點(diǎn)及受納水體環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的出水水質(zhì)要求,通過對不同工藝對比,,確定污水處理廠采用“改良A2/O+微渦絮凝過濾”工藝,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)為投資省、設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)多、處理水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定。污水廠污水首先經(jīng)過格柵、沉淀池等預(yù)處理工序后,進(jìn)入改良A2O反應(yīng)池進(jìn)行二級處理,當(dāng)各項(xiàng)污染物指標(biāo)達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后,處理后的污水進(jìn)入二沉池,經(jīng)污泥沉淀后,污水相繼流入絮凝池、V型砂濾池和紫外消毒池進(jìn)行深度處理。處理后的污水達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918-2002)一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后,排入受納水體。 同時(shí),確定了二級處理工藝中,剩余污泥經(jīng)過濃縮脫水形成泥餅后,外運(yùn)送至垃圾填埋場處理,并且對處理過程中產(chǎn)生的惡臭氣味,統(tǒng)一收集進(jìn)行離子氧除臭工藝后排放。 確定了,近期污水量為2.0萬m3/d,中期規(guī)模為4.0萬m3/d,遠(yuǎn)期23.0萬m3/d。同時(shí),根據(jù)污水處理量及相關(guān)指標(biāo),確定了污水廠所建設(shè)各構(gòu)筑物設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及規(guī)格,以及項(xiàng)目總投資為6992.59萬元。 大連普灣新區(qū)三十里堡污水處理廠建成后,將大大降低城市污水對環(huán)境的污染,有效地改善城市整體環(huán)境,同時(shí)為大連市創(chuàng)造良好的投資環(huán)境,促進(jìn)城市環(huán)境友好型經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The present drainage system of Pu Wan New area in Dalian is rain and pollution confluence. Except for the city of Plantan and the Pine Wood Island Chemical Industrial Park, the drainage facilities in other areas are not perfect. At present, only the sewage treatment plant in Pulandian city and the sewage treatment plant in Songmu Island Chemical Park are in operation, and no sewage treatment plant has been built in other towns and villages. Although some of the roads that have been built have sewerage networks, they do not form a complete system. Because the sewerage system is not perfect, the sewage is discharged into the sea area through the existing river, which is unfavorable to the environmental protection. In order to reduce the harm of municipal sewage to the ecological environment, the municipal government plans to build a large sewage treatment plant in the Shilibao area of Puwan New District. The Sanshilibao sewage treatment Plant in Puwan New District is a municipal utility planned by Puwan New District and Sanshiliburg Port Industrial Zone. The construction scale of the sewage works is 20,000 m3 / d. The main service scope is Sanxilibao Lingang Industrial Zone and its south side area. The industrial enterprises in the service range pretreat the wastewater and domestic sewage that meet the standard. According to the characteristics of influent water quality of wastewater treatment plant and the requirement of effluent water quality stipulated by environmental quality standard of accepted water body, through the comparison of different processes, it is determined that the wastewater treatment plant adopts "modified A _ 2 / O micro-vortex flocculation filtration" process, which has the advantages of less investment. Design, operation experience, treatment of water quality stability. The sewage of the sewage treatment plant first goes through the pretreatment processes such as grille, sedimentation tank and so on, then enters the modified A2O reactor for secondary treatment. After each pollutant index reaches the discharge standard, the treated sewage enters the secondary settling tank, and after the sludge settles, the treated sewage enters the secondary settling tank. The wastewater flows into the flocculating tank successively, and the V sand filter and ultraviolet disinfection tank are further treated. After the treated sewage reaches the first class A standard of GB18918-2002, it is discharged into the receiving water body. At the same time, it was determined that in the secondary treatment process, the excess sludge was condensed and dewatered to form mud cake, then transported to the landfill for treatment, and the odor produced in the treatment process was collected and discharged after the ion oxygen deodorization process. It was determined that the amount of sewage in the near future was 20000 m3 / d, the medium term was 40000 m3 / d, and the future was 230000 m3 / d. At the same time, according to the quantity of sewage treatment and related indexes, the design parameters and specifications of the structures constructed in the sewage treatment plant are determined, and the total investment of the project is 69.9259 million yuan. After the completion of the Sanshilibao sewage treatment Plant in Dalian Puwan New District, it will greatly reduce the pollution of urban sewage to the environment, effectively improve the overall environment of the city, and at the same time create a good investment environment for Dalian. Promote the sustainable development of urban environment-friendly economy.
