西安市第六污水廠二期工程工藝設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:本文以西安市第六污水廠二期工程工藝設(shè)計(jì)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)污水處理廠一期工程實(shí)際運(yùn)行水質(zhì)、水量、主要處理設(shè)備和污染物處理效果等統(tǒng)計(jì)與實(shí)際監(jiān)測(cè)分析,確定了二期工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模和水質(zhì)指標(biāo),對(duì)確定的工藝方案進(jìn)行了參數(shù)選取和主要水處理構(gòu)筑物設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算以及處理成本分析。得到主要結(jié)果如下:(1)通過(guò)對(duì)第六污水處理廠實(shí)際運(yùn)行水量統(tǒng)計(jì)和取樣監(jiān)測(cè)分析,結(jié)合污水廠服務(wù)區(qū)的發(fā)展與排水管網(wǎng)建設(shè)情況,運(yùn)用累計(jì)頻率分析的方法,確定二期工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為10×104m3/d;(2)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了第六污水處理廠一期工程實(shí)際運(yùn)行的水質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù),并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采樣監(jiān)測(cè),利用保證率為90%,確定了二期工程的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)水水質(zhì):BOD5=230mg/L,COD=470mg/L,NH4+ N=36mg/L,TN=50mg/L,TP=5.0mg/L,SS=300mg/L;(3)結(jié)合一期工程工藝實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況,通過(guò)方案的分析比較,確定二期工程處理采用改良型A/A/O+次氯酸鈉消毒工藝,污泥處理采用板框壓濾脫水工藝;(4)通過(guò)計(jì)算,確定了A/A/O工藝主要處理構(gòu)筑物的相關(guān)參數(shù)和構(gòu)筑物尺寸;(5)對(duì)采用的處理工藝進(jìn)行了處理成本分析,單方水處理經(jīng)營(yíng)成本為0.73元。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the process design of the second phase of the sixth sewage treatment Plant in Xi'an is taken as the research object. Through the statistics and analysis of the actual running water quality, water quantity, main treatment equipment and pollutant treatment effect of the first stage of the sewage treatment plant, and the actual monitoring and analysis, etc. The design scale and water quality index of the second phase project are determined, and the parameters selection, the design calculation of the main water treatment structure and the analysis of the treatment cost are carried out. The main results are as follows: (1) through statistics and sampling monitoring of the actual operation of the sixth sewage treatment plant, combined with the development of the service area of the sewage treatment plant and the construction of the drainage pipe network, the accumulative frequency analysis method is used. The design scale of the second phase project is determined to be 10 脳 10 4 m 3 / d. The sludge treatment adopts the plate-frame pressure filtration dehydration process; (4) through calculation, the related parameters and the structure size of the main treatment structure of the A/A/O process are determined; (5) the treatment cost of the adopted treatment process is analyzed, and the operating cost of the unilateral water treatment is 0.73 yuan.
