仁懷市蒼龍片區(qū)白酒廢水處理工程研究

【摘要】:隨著我國工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,企業(yè)排放的工業(yè)廢水越來越多,水體污染受到各界廣泛關(guān)注。加上近年來一些中小企業(yè),由于其生產(chǎn)工藝落后,一些企業(yè)沒有配套的污水處理設(shè)施,或者隨著企業(yè)的擴(kuò)建,處理設(shè)施已經(jīng)達(dá)不到處理規(guī)模,使得水質(zhì)未達(dá)到國家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就排入水體,造成了水資源嚴(yán)重污染,工業(yè)廢水等所帶來的環(huán)境形勢依然嚴(yán)峻,環(huán)境風(fēng)險不斷凸顯,污染治理任務(wù)依然艱巨。白酒是我國具有傳統(tǒng)象征的,獨有的酒種。隨著人們的物質(zhì)生活水平不斷提高,自然而然對白酒的需求量也變得越來越大,白酒行業(yè)隨之迅速發(fā)展,而白酒廢水具有高有機(jī)物濃度、可生化性較好、懸浮物多等特點,如何解決和探索白酒廢水帶來的水環(huán)境污染問題也成為各方研究者的熱點。本論文依托項目建設(shè)背景,查閱相關(guān)資料文獻(xiàn),綜合了國內(nèi)外酒精類廢水所采用的處理工藝進(jìn)展,實地考察了仁懷市蒼龍片區(qū)的白酒廠的具體情況,分析其廢水水質(zhì)、水量。該白酒廢水處理工程設(shè)計規(guī)模2000m3/d,進(jìn)水水質(zhì)CODCr≤12000mg/L,BOD5≤4000mg/L,SS≤500mg/L,TN≤70mg/L,NH3-N≤50mg/L,TP≤9.2mg/L。經(jīng)過工藝對比,以及工程實際情況,確定了白酒廢水處理組合工藝,運用厭氧-好氧組合工藝對仁懷市蒼龍片區(qū)白酒廢水進(jìn)行處理,最終確定該厭氧處理工藝采用多級內(nèi)循環(huán)MIC厭氧反應(yīng)器,而好氧處理工藝則采用周期性循環(huán)活性污泥法CASS反應(yīng)池,該厭氧-好氧組合工藝具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和節(jié)能環(huán)保效益,同時,還對其沼氣加熱工程、建筑工程、電氣自動化工程、通風(fēng)工程、節(jié)能環(huán)保工程方案等進(jìn)行了分析考察,并綜合分析了項目投資情況、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)影響、工程風(fēng)險等。通過實踐,廢水經(jīng)過工藝處理后達(dá)到了GB27631-2011《發(fā)酵酒精和白酒工業(yè)水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中的限值排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?傮w來看,MIC+CASS組合工藝具有運行穩(wěn)定、處理效果好、環(huán)保節(jié)能、容積負(fù)荷高、占地小,造價較低等優(yōu)點,是一種值得應(yīng)用推廣的處理技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, more and more industrial wastewater is discharged by enterprises, and water pollution is widely concerned by all walks of life. In addition, in recent years, some small and medium-sized enterprises, due to their backward production technology, some enterprises do not have supporting sewage treatment facilities, or with the expansion of enterprises, the treatment facilities have not reached the scale of treatment. The water quality does not meet the national discharge standards into the water, resulting in serious pollution of water resources, industrial wastewater and other environmental situation is still grim, environmental risks continue to highlight, the task of pollution control is still arduous. Liquor is the traditional symbol of our country, unique wine. With the improvement of people's living standard, the demand for liquor becomes more and more, and the liquor industry develops rapidly, and liquor wastewater has the characteristics of high organic concentration, good biodegradability, and more suspended matter, etc. How to solve and explore the water environmental pollution caused by liquor wastewater has also become a hot spot for researchers. In this paper, based on the background of the project construction, consulting the relevant materials and literature, synthesizing the progress of the treatment process of alcohol wastewater at home and abroad, the concrete situation of the liquor factory in Canglong district of Renhuai City was investigated, and the water quality and quantity of the wastewater were analyzed.
