超重力法強(qiáng)化過硫酸鹽體系處理染料廢水

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,人類的生活水平得到了很大進(jìn)步,但在環(huán)境方面付出了沉重的代價(jià),由此環(huán)境污染問題也成為當(dāng)今世界需要解決的重要問題。偶氮染料為印染行業(yè)使用最廣泛的染料之一,偶氮染料廢水由于排放量大,生物危害性強(qiáng)而廣受關(guān)注。過硫酸鹽體系高級(jí)氧化技術(shù)因其氧化能力出色,適用范圍廣而具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文通過旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床與Na2S2O8/Fe2+、Na2S2O8/Fe2+/O3、 Na2S2O8/Fe2+/H2O2三種高級(jí)氧化技術(shù)相結(jié)合,考察了在旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床中不同反應(yīng)參數(shù)對(duì)脫色率的影響規(guī)律,得到了合適的反應(yīng)條件,研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果如下:(1)以旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床作為反應(yīng)器,使用Na2S2O8/Fe2+體系處理甲基橙模擬染料廢水?疾炝巳芤旱某跏紁H、Fe2+和Na2S2O8的使用量、溶液初始濃度、旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床轉(zhuǎn)速等不同條件對(duì)處理效果帶來的影響。研究表明,甲基橙脫色率隨著Na2S2O8添加量、旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床轉(zhuǎn)速的增加而增加,隨著溶液中初始甲基橙濃度的上升而減小,Fe2+添加量為0.6mmol/L是脫色率最好,在溶液初始pH為3-7的變化范圍內(nèi)脫色率較好。(2)在旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床中進(jìn)行了Na2S208/Fe2+/O3體系處理甲基橙廢水的研究,與Fe2+/03體系進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,考察了pH、旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床轉(zhuǎn)速、氣液比、反應(yīng)溫度、臭氧濃度等因素對(duì)甲基橙脫色率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,甲基橙脫色率隨著旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床轉(zhuǎn)速、氣液比和臭氧濃度的增加而增加,反應(yīng)溫度在25℃時(shí)甲基橙脫色率較好,在pH=4時(shí)脫色率最高。(3)在旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床中進(jìn)行了Na2S2O8/Fe2+/H2O2體系處理甲基橙廢水的研究,與Fe2+/H2O2體系進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,考察了pH、Fe2+濃度、H202添加量、反應(yīng)溫度、旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床轉(zhuǎn)速等因素對(duì)脫色率方面造成的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,甲基橙脫色率隨著H202添加量、旋轉(zhuǎn)填充床轉(zhuǎn)速的增加而增加,Fe2+使用量在1 mmol/L時(shí)脫色率較好,在pH=4時(shí)甲基橙脫色率最高。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry and economy, the living standards of human beings have been greatly improved, but they have paid a heavy price in the environment. Therefore, the problem of environmental pollution has become an important problem that needs to be solved in the world today. Azo dye is one of the most widely used dyes in printing and dyeing industry. The advanced oxidation technology of persulfate system has a broad application prospect because of its excellent oxidation ability and wide application range. In this paper, the effects of different reaction parameters on decolorization rate in rotating packed bed were investigated by combining with three advanced oxidation technologies, Na2S2O8/Fe2 Na 2S 2O 8 / Fe 2 / O 3 and Na2S2O8/Fe2 / H 2O 2, and the appropriate reaction conditions were obtained. The research contents and results are as follows: (1) Na2S2O8/Fe2 system is used to treat methyl orange simulated dye wastewater with rotating packed bed as reactor. The effects of different conditions, such as the initial pH,Fe2 and Na2S2O8, the initial concentration of the solution and the rotational speed of the rotating packed bed, on the treatment efficiency were investigated. The results show that the decolorization rate of methyl orange increases with the addition of Na2S2O8 and the rotational speed of rotating packed bed, and decreases with the increase of initial concentration of methyl orange in the solution. The decolorization rate of 0.6mmol/L is the best. The decolorization rate was better in the range of initial pH of 3-7. (2) the treatment of methyl orange wastewater in the Na2S208/Fe2 / O3 system was studied in a rotating packed bed. The results were compared with that in the Fe2 / 03 system. The rotational speed, gas-liquid ratio and reaction temperature of the pH, rotating packed bed were investigated. Effect of ozone concentration on decolorization rate of methyl orange. The experimental results show that the decolorization rate of methyl orange increases with the increase of rotating speed, gas-liquid ratio and ozone concentration, and the decolorization rate of methyl orange is better at 25 鈩,
