淺談液態(tài)渣的顯熱利用和工藝技術(shù)

【摘要】:本文概述了液態(tài)熔融渣的來源、分類、性質(zhì)及組成,并對其進行了簡單的能量回收估算;對液態(tài)渣的回收利用的現(xiàn)狀、工藝技術(shù)及未來前景進行了進一步的論述,進一步闡明了在降低投資、運行成本的前提下,進行液態(tài)渣顯熱回收,同時要兼顧副產(chǎn)品適合市場需求,以提高經(jīng)濟效益規(guī)模。顯熱回收技術(shù)要以適合冶煉工藝為前提,從自動化生產(chǎn)線的角度設(shè)計工藝,使核心技術(shù)與設(shè)備通用化、標準化、系列化。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the source, classification, properties and composition of liquid slag are summarized, and its energy recovery estimation is made, and the present situation, process technology and future prospect of recovery and utilization of liquid slag are further discussed. On the premise of reducing the investment and operating cost, it is further expounded that the liquid slag should be recovered by sensible heat, and the byproduct should be adapted to the market demand in order to increase the scale of economic benefit. The sensible heat recovery technology should be designed from the point of view of automatic production line on the premise of being suitable for smelting process, so that the core technology and equipment can be generalized, standardized and serialized.
