C3降解長鏈烷烴的條件優(yōu)化及其機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:以正十六烷無機(jī)鹽培養(yǎng)基為選擇培養(yǎng)基,從武漢石化輸油管附近土壤中篩選出了1株高效降解長鏈烷烴的菌株C3。采用搖瓶實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了菌株C3降解正十六烷的降解條件、降解動力學(xué)及降解機(jī)理。菌株C3降解正十六烷的最適宜條件為溫度35℃、初始p H=7、搖床轉(zhuǎn)速150 r/min。動力學(xué)研究顯示,在底物質(zhì)量濃度為1 000 mg/L時(shí),其降解動力學(xué)擬合結(jié)果符合Monod方程,半飽和常數(shù)Ks=609.8 mg/L,最大降解速率v_(max)=62.1mg/(L·h)。對C3降解正十六烷產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行紅外光譜及GC/MS分析,推測該降解方式為末端氧化。
