ICP-MS測(cè)定辣椒中各種重金屬方法研究

【摘要】:保定望都辣椒種植歷史有500多年。望都辣椒有了較高的聲譽(yù)和廣泛的影響,以其優(yōu)質(zhì)的品種和較大的種植規(guī)模,贏得了"辣都"的譽(yù)稱。望都辣椒不僅是河北省的名貴土特產(chǎn),也成為中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的出口農(nóng)副土特產(chǎn)品之一。但由于近年來(lái),環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重,國(guó)家對(duì)食品安全越來(lái)越重視,為了保障辣椒的品質(zhì),對(duì)辣椒等農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的檢驗(yàn)呈現(xiàn)增加態(tài)勢(shì)。該方法分析速度快、操作簡(jiǎn)單,方法檢出限、精密度和線性范圍均能滿足我國(guó)及國(guó)際重金屬元素檢測(cè)的要求,進(jìn)一步提高分析方法靈敏度和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Baoding Wangdu pepper cultivation history of more than 500 years. Wangdu capsicum has a high reputation and extensive influence, with its high quality varieties and large scale of cultivation, won the "hot city" reputation. Wangdu capsicum is not only a rare local product of Hebei Province, but also one of Chinese traditional export products. However, due to the serious environmental pollution in recent years, the country pays more and more attention to food safety. In order to ensure the quality of pepper, the inspection of pepper and other agricultural products is increasing. The method has the advantages of high analysis speed, simple operation, detection limit, precision and linear range, which can meet the requirements of heavy metal detection both in China and in the world, and further improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the analytical method.
