沉水植物輪葉黑藻附生細菌對雙酚A的降解能力研究

【摘要】:沉水植物附生細菌可能具有降解轉(zhuǎn)化水體中雙酚A(BPA)能力從而影響該污染物在環(huán)境中的歸趨.以輪葉黑藻為代表,分離篩選其BPA降解附生菌,結(jié)果共獲得22株,在接種量為1×10~8個/m L,37℃下72h對BPA的去除率為11.46%~25.06%.選擇降解率最高的3株細菌B12、B14和B23,采用16S r DNA鑒定,結(jié)合生理生化反應(yīng)和形態(tài)觀察,3株細菌分別為屬于Lysinibacillus sp.(桿菌屬),Brevibacterium sp.(短桿菌屬)和Ochrobactrum sp.(蒼白桿菌屬).將3株菌株添加至輪葉黑藻無菌苗體系中,發(fā)現(xiàn)BPA去除率顯著下降(P0.05).物理去除部分野生輪葉黑藻表面部分附生細菌后,BPA去除率反而上升(約5%).綜合本研究結(jié)果,沉水植物附生細菌具有降解BPA的能力,但在沉水植物-附生生物體系去除BPA過程中貢獻較小(約為23%,2d),植物本身起關(guān)鍵作用.
