【摘要】：針對偏遠地區(qū)水環(huán)境評價時水樣的采集、運輸、保存等難以滿足國標(biāo)法中的要求,以CODCr、TP、氟化物等為研究指標(biāo),在實驗室內(nèi)對樣品保存環(huán)境、運輸條件、檢測時間等各影響因素進行模擬評估試驗,探索有效的技術(shù)方案。研究表明,在調(diào)p H2和4℃靜置保存1 d的條件下,國標(biāo)法和便攜儀器法對CODCr的測試結(jié)果保持一致,若因條件限制無法4℃保存,可在調(diào)p H2和常溫靜置保存1 d,用便攜儀器也基本滿足測試要求�？偭诇y試需對水樣現(xiàn)場加酸處理,常溫保存運回檢測地24h內(nèi)完成測試,遠距離運輸保存時間不要超過3 d,運輸過程中搖動以及短暫的升溫對總磷含量影響不大。氟化物的測試可在采樣后不調(diào)p H常溫保存兩周內(nèi)完成測試。另外,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),便攜式儀器法測成分復(fù)雜的水樣時局限性較大。
[Abstract]:The collection, transportation and preservation of water samples in remote area water environment assessment are difficult to meet the requirements of the national standard method. Taking CODCr-TPand fluoride as the research index, the sample preservation environment and transportation conditions are studied in the laboratory.
