偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)水質(zhì)調(diào)研方法的模擬對比實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)水環(huán)境評價(jià)時(shí)水樣的采集、運(yùn)輸、保存等難以滿足國標(biāo)法中的要求,以CODCr、TP、氟化物等為研究指標(biāo),在實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)對樣品保存環(huán)境、運(yùn)輸條件、檢測時(shí)間等各影響因素進(jìn)行模擬評估試驗(yàn),探索有效的技術(shù)方案。研究表明,在調(diào)p H2和4℃靜置保存1 d的條件下,國標(biāo)法和便攜儀器法對CODCr的測試結(jié)果保持一致,若因條件限制無法4℃保存,可在調(diào)p H2和常溫靜置保存1 d,用便攜儀器也基本滿足測試要求。總磷測試需對水樣現(xiàn)場加酸處理,常溫保存運(yùn)回檢測地24h內(nèi)完成測試,遠(yuǎn)距離運(yùn)輸保存時(shí)間不要超過3 d,運(yùn)輸過程中搖動(dòng)以及短暫的升溫對總磷含量影響不大。氟化物的測試可在采樣后不調(diào)p H常溫保存兩周內(nèi)完成測試。另外,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),便攜式儀器法測成分復(fù)雜的水樣時(shí)局限性較大。
