城市固體垃圾氣化發(fā)電燃?xì)鈨艋芯?/H1>

【摘要】:隨著環(huán)境保護(hù)要求的不斷提高、城市垃圾資源化越來越受到重視,垃圾氣化發(fā)電技術(shù)因具有碳轉(zhuǎn)化率高,無二VA英排放的優(yōu)點(diǎn)將發(fā)展為垃圾焚燒發(fā)電的替代技術(shù)。為了保證燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的安全運(yùn)行,必須對氣化燃?xì)膺M(jìn)行凈化,以去除其中的顆粒物、酸性氣體雜質(zhì)及機(jī)械水等。針對垃圾氣化燃?xì)獬煞謴?fù)雜、酸性氣體多、含塵粒徑細(xì)等特點(diǎn),提出用濕式電除塵凈化燃?xì)獾男鹿に?在去除細(xì)顆粒物的同時(shí)協(xié)同脫除酸性氣體。通過對垃圾氣化燃?xì)庠谛⌒碗姵龎m器進(jìn)行模擬靜態(tài)放電實(shí)驗(yàn),得到氣體電暈放電的規(guī)律;在濕式電除塵器噴淋水中加入Na OH溶液,探究其對伏安特性的影響,最后在濕式電除塵器中進(jìn)行了HCl和H2S兩種酸氣體吸收實(shí)驗(yàn),得到了液氣比、Na OH濃度、電場風(fēng)速、霧滴粒徑等條件對酸氣脫除效率的影響規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明:(1)垃圾氣化混合氣在電除塵器內(nèi)部能夠建立起暈電壓,因此可以使用電除塵技術(shù)來對特定混合氣進(jìn)行凈化。(2)Na OH溶液的添加能夠降低電暈放電的起暈電壓和火花放電電壓,以及提高相同二次電壓下的二次電流值,但是影響都相對微弱,可以忽略不計(jì)。(3)HCl的整體去除率高于H2S,兩種酸性氣體的去除效率均隨著液氣比、Na OH質(zhì)量濃度的增加而提高,隨著氣流速度、霧滴粒徑的增加而降低。利用濕式電除塵器凈化垃圾氣化發(fā)電燃?xì)?開辟了燃?xì)鈨艋男滤悸?能夠在去除細(xì)顆粒物的同時(shí),協(xié)同脫除酸性氣體,充分發(fā)揮濕式電除塵器的綜合利用效率,簡化工藝流程、降低運(yùn)行成本。
[Abstract]:With the increasing requirement of environmental protection, more and more attention has been paid to the utilization of municipal solid waste (MSW). Because of the advantages of high carbon conversion rate and no diVA emission, MSW gasification power generation technology will be developed as an alternative technology for MSW incineration power generation. In order to ensure the safe operation of the gas turbine, it is necessary to purify the gasified gas to remove particulate matter, acid gas impurities and mechanical water. In view of the characteristics of waste gasification gas such as complex composition, more acid gas and fine particle size of dust, a new process of purifying gas by wet electric precipitation is put forward, in which fine particles are removed and acid gas is removed synergistically. Through simulating static discharge experiment of garbage gasification gas in small electrostatic precipitator, the law of gas corona discharge is obtained, and NaOH solution is added to the spray water of wet electrostatic precipitator to explore its influence on voltammetric characteristics. Finally, two kinds of acid gas absorption experiments, HCl and H _ 2S, were carried out in wet electrostatic precipitator. The effects of NaOH concentration of liquid-gas ratio, wind speed of electric field and particle size of droplet on the removal efficiency of acid gas were obtained. The results show that: (1) the halo voltage can be set up in the electrostatic precipitator by waste gasification mixture. Therefore, the specific mixture can be purified by using the technology of electric precipitator. (the addition of 2) Na OH solution can reduce the corona discharge voltage and spark discharge voltage, and increase the secondary current value at the same secondary voltage. However, the effects are relatively weak and can be ignored. (3) the overall removal efficiency of HCl is higher than that of H _ 2S, and the removal efficiency of two acidic gases increases with the increase of mass concentration of NaOH, and decreases with the increase of gas velocity and droplet size. Using wet electric precipitator to purify garbage gasification power generation gas has opened up a new way of gas purification, which can remove fine particles and remove acid gas in cooperation, so as to give full play to the comprehensive utilization efficiency of wet electric precipitator. Simplify process flow and reduce operation cost.
