【摘要】：目的分析蘭州市城關(guān)區(qū)醫(yī)院污水處理排放情況,為醫(yī)院污水處理管理、設(shè)施建設(shè)提供科學(xué)參考依據(jù)。方法采用回顧性分析方法,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查詢問(wèn)以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)2006-2014年蘭州市城關(guān)區(qū)15所醫(yī)院污水處理和排放達(dá)標(biāo)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果被調(diào)查醫(yī)院污水站均配備了污水消毒處理設(shè)施和相關(guān)技術(shù)人員,采用次氯酸鈉進(jìn)行污水消毒。醫(yī)院污水處理合格率由2006年的17.39%提高到了2014年的26.67%,總體合格率逐年提高;理化指標(biāo)合格率普遍偏低,平均達(dá)標(biāo)率為30.03%,細(xì)菌學(xué)指標(biāo)平均達(dá)標(biāo)率為67.52%。結(jié)論蘭州市城關(guān)區(qū)15所醫(yī)院污水處理達(dá)標(biāo)率偏低,以理化指標(biāo)不達(dá)標(biāo)最為突出。醫(yī)院應(yīng)選擇合適的污水處理工藝,完善污水處理制度和監(jiān)督機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the sewage treatment and discharge of hospitals in Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, and to provide scientific reference for hospital sewage treatment management and facilities construction. Methods the results of sewage treatment and discharge standard monitoring in 15 hospitals in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City from 2006 to 2014 were analyzed by retrospective analysis. Results the sewage stations in the investigated hospitals were equipped with sewage disinfection facilities and related technicians, and sodium hypochlorite was used to sterilize the sewage. The qualified rate of hospital sewage treatment increased from 17.39% in 2006 to 26.67% in 2014, and the overall qualified rate increased year by year, the qualification rate of physical and chemical indexes was generally low, the average rate of reaching the standard was 30.03%, and the average rate of reaching the standard of bacteriological index was 67.52%. Conclusion the sewage treatment rate of 15 hospitals in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City is low and the physical and chemical indexes are the most outstanding. The hospital should select suitable sewage treatment technology, perfect sewage treatment system and supervision mechanism.
