生物淋濾技術(shù)對(duì)城市污泥中高濃度重金屬的去除

【摘要】:實(shí)驗(yàn)以單質(zhì)硫粉作為能源基質(zhì),考查了生物淋濾技術(shù)針對(duì)城市污泥中高濃度重金屬的去除效果,探討了生物淋濾處置前后污泥中重金屬的形態(tài)變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,生物淋濾技術(shù)能夠有效去除污泥中的高濃度重金屬。在硫粉投加量為4 g·L~(-1)、HRT為5 d、污泥回流比為50%、污泥濃度為4%、溫度為30℃的條件下,生物淋濾系統(tǒng)pH值可降低至1.5左右,污泥中殘留重金屬Zn、Cu、Cr、Ni分別可降低至400、400、900和200 mg·kg~(-1)左右,達(dá)到了《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污泥處置林地用泥質(zhì)》(CJ/T 362~(-2)011)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重金屬限值。生物淋濾處置后,污泥中殘留重金屬Zn、Cu、Cr、Ni均主要以穩(wěn)定形態(tài)存在,環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低,為進(jìn)行土地利用奠定了物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, the removal effect of high concentration heavy metals in municipal sludge by biological leaching technology was investigated by using simple sulfur powder as energy matrix, and the morphological changes of heavy metals in sludge before and after bioleaching treatment were discussed. The results showed that bioleaching technology could effectively remove heavy metals from sludge.
