滲濾液回灌比例對好氧生物反應(yīng)器填埋場穩(wěn)定化進程的影響

【摘要】:為研究回灌比例對好氧生物反應(yīng)器填埋場穩(wěn)定化進程的影響,探討了回灌比例為15%、20%、25%、30%和全回灌(體積分?jǐn)?shù))時,反應(yīng)器所產(chǎn)滲濾液及填埋垃圾性質(zhì)在不同回灌比例下變化的趨勢,填埋周期為198 d。結(jié)果表明:回灌比例為25%的反應(yīng)器所產(chǎn)滲濾液中的氨氮于135 d達(dá)到GB 16889-2008所規(guī)定的垃圾填埋場滲濾液氨氮排放濃度限值,較其他反應(yīng)器提前3~49 d,整個填埋周期所產(chǎn)還原性有機物較其他回灌量低2.11%~20.16%;且有機垃圾降解速度最快,至填埋結(jié)束時,沉降率為75.13%,比其他反應(yīng)器多0.87%~2.63%,總有機質(zhì)和纖維素含量分別為48.47%和7.39%,較其他回灌比例分別低0.61%~5.52%和0.2%~0.64%,表明25%的回灌比例有利于快填埋場的穩(wěn)定化進程。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of recharge ratio on stabilization process of aerobic bioreactor landfill site, the tendency of the leachate produced by the reactor and the properties of landfill under different recharge ratios was discussed when the recharge ratio was 15% and 25% and 30% respectively, and the total recharge (volume fraction) was 30%. The landfill period is 198 days. The results showed that the ammonia nitrogen in leachate produced by the reactor with 25% recharge ratio reached the limit of ammonia nitrogen emission from landfill leachate prescribed by GB 16889-2008 in 135 days. Compared with other reactors, the amount of reducing organic matter produced in the whole landfill cycle was 2.11% and 20.16 days earlier than that in other reactors, and the degradation rate of organic waste was the fastest until the end of landfill. The settling rate was 75.13, 0.87% and 2.63 more than other reactors. The total organic matter and cellulose content were 48.47% and 7.39%, respectively, which were 0.61% and 0.22% lower than those of other recharge, indicating that 25% recharge ratio was beneficial to the stabilization process of the fast landfill site.
