基于文蛤生物標志物的尾水—海水混合體系綜合污染評價
[Abstract]:The biological method is used to study the complex pollution of the tail water to organisms , which can directly reflect the comprehensive toxicity , and then determine the overall water quality of the receiving water body , which is more practical than simply detecting the pollutant content or concentration .
Based on the sensitivity and correlation analysis of biological marker response , the biochemical index system suitable for indicating the water quality in the water - receiving sea area was established , and the comprehensive biomarker response ( IBRv2 ) index was established .
During the study , MF ( the highest increase of 316 . 50 % ) , the change of gill and visceral MTs were significant , which could be used as a sensitive marker indicating tail water pollution .
( 2 ) The exposure to tail water caused different degrees of oxidative damage to the gill and viscera of the clam . The gill tissues were damaged by oxidative damage of tail water at 1 % , 30 % and 40 % .
( 4 ) The values of IBRv2 corresponding to the hybrid systems of 0 % , 1 % , 5 % , 10 % , 20 % , 30 % and 40 % were calculated as follows : 9d0 . 00 , 0.61 , 1.32 , 1 . 37 , 1 . 48 , 2 . 28 , 2 . 65 ;
( 5 ) The value of biological markers in the mixed system can be clearly distinguished by the IBRv2 index method . ( 5 ) According to the biological marker response amplitude corresponding to the different biological health conditions , and the biological markers in the evaluation index system are classified into four levels of clean , light pollution , medium pollution and heavy pollution .
While 5 % EVR 40 % , the water quality was medium pollution .
