大型底棲動(dòng)物快速評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)BMWP在太子河流域的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:大型底棲動(dòng)物快速生物評(píng)價(jià)方法可快速判斷河流在人為活動(dòng)影響下的生態(tài)狀況,對(duì)河流健康評(píng)價(jià)研究和河流保護(hù)與管理具有重要的意義;谔雍46個(gè)樣點(diǎn)的大型底棲動(dòng)物監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),探討大型底棲動(dòng)物生物監(jiān)測(cè)工作組(Biological Monitoring Working Party,BMWP)指數(shù)的適用性。采用方差分析研究了BMWP指數(shù)對(duì)重要水環(huán)境參數(shù)的響應(yīng)程度,研究結(jié)果表明BMWP指數(shù)隨地表水水質(zhì)級(jí)別的降低呈顯著地下降趨勢(shì)。利用回歸分析研究了BMWP指數(shù)與其他生物指數(shù)、生境狀況的回歸關(guān)系,結(jié)果顯示BMWP指數(shù)與底棲動(dòng)物香農(nóng)多樣性指數(shù)(R2=0.74)、底棲動(dòng)物完整性指數(shù)(R2=0.85)以及生境質(zhì)量評(píng)估指數(shù)(R2=0.60)均呈顯著線性回歸關(guān)系(p0.01),表明BMWP指數(shù)可以有效指示與反映不同河段的生物狀況及其棲息地質(zhì)量。利用BMWP指數(shù)對(duì)采樣點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的河流健康評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示太子河46個(gè)采樣點(diǎn)中,極好和良好的采樣點(diǎn)占45.7%,一般的樣點(diǎn)占21.7%,差和極差的樣點(diǎn)為32.6%。BMWP指數(shù)對(duì)河流生態(tài)狀況指示靈敏,能夠準(zhǔn)確反映河流健康狀況。同時(shí),野外監(jiān)測(cè)、物種鑒定和指數(shù)計(jì)算簡便,是河流健康評(píng)價(jià)中表征能力較強(qiáng)的快速生物評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid biological assessment method of macrobenthos can quickly judge the ecological status of rivers under the influence of human activities. It is of great significance to the study of river health assessment and river protection and management. Based on the monitoring data of macrobenthos in 46 samples of Taizi River, the applicability of the Biological Monitoring working Party BMWP index was discussed. The response of BMWP index to important water environmental parameters was studied by variance analysis. The results showed that BMWP index decreased significantly with the decrease of surface water quality level. Regression analysis was used to study the regression relationship between BMWP index and other biological indexes and habitat status. The results showed that there was a significant linear regression relationship between BMWP index and Shannon diversity index (R2N 0.74), zoobenthos integrity index (R2C0.85) and habitat quality assessment index (R2C0.60) (p0.01), which indicated that BMWP index could effectively indicate and reflect different river segments. And the quality of their habitats. The results of river health evaluation by using BMWP index showed that among the 46 sampling sites in Taibei River, the excellent and good sampling points accounted for 45.7, the normal samples accounted for 21.7, the difference and extreme points were 32.6.BMWP index was sensitive to the ecological condition of the river. Can accurately reflect the health of the river. At the same time, the field monitoring, species identification and index calculation are simple, which is a fast biological evaluation index in river health evaluation.
