【摘要】：荒漠化是由自然因素和人類(lèi)活動(dòng)共同作用的土壤退化過(guò)程,嚴(yán)重威脅區(qū)域內(nèi)生態(tài)安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。因此,針對(duì)甘肅省自然環(huán)境特征和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的監(jiān)測(cè)手段和技術(shù)條件,提出了荒漠化監(jiān)測(cè)的重要前提,并從科學(xué)技術(shù)和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)兩方面入手,設(shè)計(jì)了科學(xué)有效的監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)體系,其中科學(xué)技術(shù)體系描述了荒漠化監(jiān)測(cè)所需的信息要素和生態(tài)地理指標(biāo);社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系主要評(píng)價(jià)了影響荒漠化過(guò)程的人為因素。
[Abstract]:Desertification is a process of soil degradation caused by natural factors and human activities, which seriously threatens the ecological security and economic development of the region. Therefore, according to the characteristics of natural environment and the present situation of social economy in Gansu Province, combined with the existing monitoring means and technical conditions, this paper puts forward the important premise of desertification monitoring, and starts with the two aspects of science and technology and social economy. A scientific and effective monitoring index system is designed, in which the scientific and technological system describes the information elements and eco-geographical indicators needed for desertification monitoring, and the social economic system mainly evaluates the human factors affecting the desertification process.
