MVR工業(yè)廢水處理設(shè)備升膜蒸發(fā)器研究

【摘要】:MVR(蒸汽機(jī)械再壓縮技術(shù))從2007年起開始從北美和歐洲進(jìn)入中國市場(chǎng),主要應(yīng)用在工業(yè)廢水處理、食品深加工、奶制品行業(yè)和飲料等行業(yè)。目前,國內(nèi)MVR工業(yè)廢水處理設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的規(guī)模普遍較小,高端水處理技術(shù)、化學(xué)品和設(shè)備的研發(fā)實(shí)力偏弱,在核心水處理設(shè)備研制方面與國外專業(yè)水處理設(shè)備研制廠家存在較大差距,其主要設(shè)備依然以進(jìn)口為主。本課題以國外某公司一套MVR(蒸汽機(jī)械再壓縮技術(shù))污水處理設(shè)備為基礎(chǔ),參照ASME制造規(guī)范,結(jié)合我國國情,按照GB150.1-GB150.4-2011《壓力容器》及TSG R0004-2009《固定式壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》制造規(guī)范,對(duì)其中的升膜蒸發(fā)部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與改造。隨著我國壓力容器用材制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的逐年完善及國產(chǎn)材料性能的逐年提高,國產(chǎn)材料完全可以達(dá)到甚至超過國外對(duì)應(yīng)牌號(hào)材料的性能指標(biāo)。本課題在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國產(chǎn)厚度為6mm的TA2板材和厚度為12mm的TA10板材以及規(guī)格為φ38.1x1.2的TA10換熱管的化學(xué)成分、力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn),證明設(shè)備改造所選材料的化學(xué)成分、力學(xué)性能達(dá)到或超過國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和ASTM規(guī)范要求值,同時(shí)也確認(rèn)厚度為6mm的Q345R熱軋板及厚度為40mm的Q345R正火板的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)均超過國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和ASTM規(guī)范要求值。本課題在對(duì)國產(chǎn)材料性能檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過NX8.0軟件實(shí)體建模及Fluent軟件模擬分析,對(duì)比了鴨嘴管型蒸發(fā)罐和伸入管型蒸發(fā)罐的工作情況。選用規(guī)則設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,按彈性失效設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則中的最大拉應(yīng)力設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則對(duì)MVR升膜蒸發(fā)器換熱器完成內(nèi)壓容器強(qiáng)度計(jì)算,按穩(wěn)定失效設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則對(duì)MVR升膜蒸發(fā)器換蒸發(fā)罐完成外壓容器穩(wěn)定性校核,根據(jù)校核結(jié)果確定設(shè)備國產(chǎn)化制造的基本參數(shù)及技術(shù)特性。本課題依據(jù)規(guī)則設(shè)計(jì)所定的設(shè)備基本參數(shù)及技術(shù)特性及所選材料的實(shí)際性能對(duì)MVR升膜蒸發(fā)器換熱器及MVR升膜蒸發(fā)器蒸發(fā)罐進(jìn)行了國產(chǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化、制造和驗(yàn)收。本課題的研究,對(duì)打破工業(yè)廢水處理先進(jìn)設(shè)備的研制技術(shù)為大型跨國水處理公司所壟斷的局面做了有益嘗試,同時(shí)也為我國該類設(shè)備的研發(fā)、制造奠定了一些基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:MVR (steam machinery recompression technology) has been entering the Chinese market from North America and Europe since 2007. It is mainly used in industrial wastewater treatment, food processing, dairy industry and beverage industry. At present, domestic MVR industrial wastewater treatment equipment suppliers are generally small, high-end water treatment technology, chemicals and equipment R & D strength is weak, There is a big gap between the development of core water treatment equipment and that of foreign professional water treatment equipment manufacturers, and its main equipment is still mainly imported. This subject is based on a set of MVR (steam machinery recompression technology) sewage treatment equipment of a foreign company, referring to ASME manufacturing specification, combining with the national conditions of our country. According to the manufacturing specifications of GB150.1-GB150.4-2011 "pressure vessel" and TSG R0004-2009 "Safety Technical Supervision Code for fixed pressure vessels", the evaporation part of the riser film was designed and modified. With the improvement of the manufacturing standard and the improvement of the properties of the domestic materials, the domestic materials can reach or exceed the performance index of the foreign materials. On the basis of literature study, the chemical composition and mechanical properties of TA2 sheet with thickness of 6mm, TA10 plate with thickness of 12mm and TA10 heat transfer pipe with 蠁 38.1x1.2 are tested, and the chemical composition of the material selected for the equipment modification is proved. The mechanical properties of Q345R hot rolled plate with thickness of 6mm and Q345R normalizing plate with thickness of 40mm are above the required values of national standard and ASTM code. On the basis of testing and testing the performance of domestic materials, through NX8.0 software entity modeling and fluent software simulation analysis, the working conditions of duckbill tubular evaporator and inserted tubular evaporator are compared. According to the maximum tensile stress design criterion of the elastic failure design criterion, the internal pressure vessel strength of the heat exchanger of the MVR riser evaporator is calculated according to the regular design code. According to the stability failure design criterion, the external pressure vessel stability check is completed on the MVR riser evaporator, and the basic parameters and technical characteristics of the domestic manufacture of the equipment are determined according to the check results. According to the basic parameters and technical characteristics of the equipment designed according to the rules and the actual performance of the selected materials, the domestic design, optimization, manufacture and acceptance of the heat exchangers and evaporators for the MVR riser evaporators have been carried out. The research of this subject has made a beneficial attempt to break the development technology of advanced industrial wastewater treatment equipment for the monopoly of large transnational water treatment companies, and has also laid some foundation for the R & D and manufacture of this kind of equipment in our country.
