載鈦活性炭纖維的制備及其對水中羅丹明B的光催化降解

【摘要】:通過溶膠凝膠法制備載鈦活性炭纖維(TiO2-ACF)復合材料,采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、紫外-可見吸收(UV-Vis)、傅里葉紅外分光光度計(FT-IR)、X射線光電子能譜(XPS)對TiO2-ACF進行了表征,并研究了TiO2-ACF對水中羅丹明B的光催化性能.結果表明,煅燒溫度為400—600℃時,負載在ACF上的TiO2為銳鈦礦型,當煅燒溫度上升到700℃時,TiO2開始出現(xiàn)金紅石型,600℃時煅燒制備的TiO2-ACF對水中羅丹明B的降解效果最佳;TiO2-ACF對羅丹明B的吸附能力比ACF低;但是在紫外光條件下,60 min后TiO2-ACF對羅丹明B的降解率比ACF、TiO2對羅丹明B的降解率分別高8.6%和16.2%,TiO2-ACF表現(xiàn)出較高的光催化活性.
[Abstract]:TiO2-ACF composites were prepared by sol-gel method. TiO2-ACF was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-Vis absorption (UV-Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The photocatalytic activity of TIO _ 2-ACF for Rhodamine B in water was studied. The results show that the TIO _ 2 supported on ACF is anatase at the calcination temperature of 400-600 鈩,
