ABR-CSTR組合工藝處理黃酒廢水效能研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)黃酒行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,黃酒生產(chǎn)廢水所帶來的環(huán)境問題日漸顯著。黃酒廢水富含淀粉、糖類和蛋白質(zhì)等有機(jī)物,屬于高濃度有機(jī)廢水。厭氧生物處理技術(shù)以其消耗少、效率高、成本低、反應(yīng)條件溫和以及無二次污染等顯著特點(diǎn),成為處理高濃度有機(jī)廢水的首要選擇。厭氧折流板反應(yīng)器(ABR)是以分階段多相厭氧反應(yīng)器為理論基礎(chǔ)的高效厭氧反應(yīng)器,具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,截留污泥能力強(qiáng),穩(wěn)定性高等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文通過組合ABR和CSTR反應(yīng)器形成厭氧-好氧工藝,研究了該組合工藝對(duì)黃酒廢水的處理效能。本文主要考察了ABR-CSTR組合工藝在啟動(dòng)階段和穩(wěn)定階段的運(yùn)行特性,考察了容積負(fù)荷對(duì)系統(tǒng)處理效能的影響,水力停留時(shí)間、混合液回流比等因素對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)脫氮除磷的優(yōu)化以及系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)氣特性。主要研究結(jié)果如下:(1)ABR-CSTR組合工藝歷經(jīng)100天成功啟動(dòng)。污泥性能良好,并出現(xiàn)生物相的分離。系統(tǒng)出水COD平均濃度在80mg/L以下,COD去除率保持在95%~98%之間。此外,出水NH4+-N、TN和TP的平均濃度分別為0.6、20.4和0.9mg/L,平均去除率分別為99%、56%和83%。(2)隨著容積負(fù)荷由4kgCOD/(m3·d)增加到8kgCOD/(m3·d),ABR出水COD濃度逐漸上升,去除率由93%降低到81%。CSTR進(jìn)水負(fù)荷相應(yīng)提高,系統(tǒng)COD去除率依然保持在95%以上。容積負(fù)荷的改變,對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部造成了一定影響,但整個(gè)工藝對(duì)負(fù)荷的沖擊具有很好的緩沖作用,后續(xù)CSTR好氧段是保證系統(tǒng)出水穩(wěn)定的關(guān)鍵。(3)ABR厭氧段對(duì)黃酒廢水具有良好的厭氧消化作用,在容積負(fù)荷分別為4kgCOD/(m3·d),6kgCOD/(m3·d)和8kgCOD/(m3·d)條件下,ABR前三隔室的沼氣產(chǎn)量分別為1.58、2.48和2.88m3/(m3·d)。在容積負(fù)荷為6kgCOD/(m3·d)時(shí),系統(tǒng)平均產(chǎn)氣速率達(dá)到最高,各隔室產(chǎn)氣速率分別為0.221、0.337和0.433m3/(kgCOD)。(4)ABR-CSTR組合工藝處理黃酒廢水的最優(yōu)運(yùn)行條件是容積負(fù)荷為6kgCOD/(m3·d),HRT為32h,R為150%,SRT為15d,DO為2mg/L。在此運(yùn)行條件下,系統(tǒng)對(duì)黃酒廢水具有穩(wěn)定、高效的去碳脫氮除磷效果。此運(yùn)行條件下系統(tǒng)出水COD、NH4+-N、TN和TP的平均濃度分別為82.9、1.4、12.8和1.1mg/L,平均去除率分別為98%、97%、75%和81%。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of rice wine industry in China, the environmental problems caused by rice wine wastewater are becoming more and more obvious. Yellow rice wine wastewater is rich in starch, sugar and protein, and belongs to high concentration organic wastewater. Anaerobic biological treatment technology has become the first choice for the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater due to its characteristics of low consumption, high efficiency, low cost, mild reaction conditions and no secondary pollution. Anaerobic baffle reactor (ABR) is an efficient anaerobic reactor based on the theory of phased multiphase anaerobic reactor. It has many advantages, such as simple structure, strong sludge interception ability and high stability. In this paper, the anaerobic aerobic process was formed by combining ABR and CSTR reactors, and the efficiency of the combined process in treating rice wine wastewater was studied. In this paper, the operation characteristics of ABR-CSTR combination process in start-up and stabilization stages are investigated, and the effect of volumetric load on system treatment efficiency and hydraulic retention time are investigated. Factors such as reflux ratio of mixed liquid optimized the nitrogen and phosphorus removal and the gas production characteristics of the system. The main results are as follows: (1) ABR-CSTR process was successfully started after 100 days. The sludge has good performance and biophase separation. The average COD concentration of effluent was below 80 mg / L and the COD removal rate was between 95% and 98%. In addition, the average concentrations of NH _ 4-NN _ (TN) and TP in effluent were 0.6 mg / L and 0.9 mg / L, respectively, and the average removal rates were 990.56% and 833% respectively. (2) with the volume loading increasing from 4 kg COD / (m 3 d) to 8 kg COD / (m 3 d), the effluent COD concentration increased, and the removal rate decreased from 93% to 81% 路CSTR. The COD removal rate of the system remains above 95%. The change of volumetric load has a certain effect on the system interior, but the whole process has a good buffer effect on the impact of the load. (3) ABR anaerobic stage has a good anaerobic digestion effect on rice wine wastewater, and the biogas production of the first three compartments of ABR is 1.582.48 and 2.88m3/ (m3 d). / m3 d) respectively under the volumetric loading of 4kgCOD / (m3 d) 6kg COD / (m3 d) and 8kg COD / (m3 d), respectively. When the volumetric load was 6 kg COD / (m 3 d), the average gas production rate of the system reached the highest, and the gas production rate of each compartment was 0.221% 0.337 and 0.433m3/ (kgCOD). (4) ABR-CSTR respectively. The optimal operating conditions were as follows: the volumetric load of 6 kg COD / (m3 d) HRT was 32 h / (m 3 d), and the SRT of 15 d DO was 2 mg / L. Under these conditions, the system has a stable and efficient decarbonization, nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect on rice wine wastewater. Under this condition, the average concentrations of COD _ 4 -N _ 4 TN and TP in effluent were 82.9g / L and 1.1mg / L, respectively, and the average removal rates were 98g / L and 81g / L, respectively.
