西安市機動車尾氣排放量化模擬研究

【摘要】:隨著西安市機動車保有量的爆發(fā)式增長,機動車尾氣污染已經(jīng)成為大氣污染的主要污染源。通過法規(guī)限制和改進單車性能來減少尾氣排放成本較大,效率較低,從城市交通運行的角度來研究機動車尾氣排放成為新趨勢。對比現(xiàn)有的機動車尾氣排放量化模型,本文選擇美國環(huán)保署開發(fā)的最新模型MOVES(Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator)來研究西安市機動車尾氣排放。在對MOVES模型的結(jié)構(gòu)和原理進行分析后,設(shè)置模擬場景,采用控制變量法,得到中觀層次上影響機動車尾氣排放因子的敏感性參數(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,輸入西安市本地參數(shù),模擬2014年11月西安市晚高峰期間三環(huán)內(nèi)小轎車、輕型客車以及輕型貨車的CO、NOx以及THC排放因子,并結(jié)合不同標準下北京市各車型排放因子,對模擬的排放因子進行驗證、分析和評價。最后,提出了機動車尾氣排放量化模型和交通仿真模型的組合。本次研究提煉了MOVES運行的主要模塊以及模塊之間數(shù)據(jù)交換的關(guān)系,為今后我國自主開發(fā)機動車尾氣量化模型提供依據(jù);分析了MOVES模型中觀層次敏感性因子,為西安市機動車尾氣排放因子模擬提供依據(jù),從交通運行的角度研究影響排放的因素,為節(jié)能減排提供更高效的途徑;使用MOVES對西安市高峰期尾氣排放進行模擬、評價和分析,為制定新的尾氣排放控制策略提供參考依據(jù);提出交通仿真模型與MOVES模型中觀層次和微觀層次上的結(jié)合,為交通環(huán)境影響評價提供新方法。
[Abstract]:With the explosive growth of the motor vehicle ownership in Xi'an, the vehicle exhaust pollution has become the main source of air pollution. Through the regulation and improvement of the performance of the single vehicle to reduce the cost of the exhaust emission and the low efficiency, it is a new trend to study the exhaust emission of the motor vehicle from the point of view of urban traffic operation. The model of vehicle exhaust emission quantized, this paper selects the latest model MOVES (Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator) developed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to study the emission of vehicle exhaust in Xi'an. After analyzing the structure and principle of the MOVES model, the simulation scene is set up and the control variable method is used to get the influence of the vehicle exhaust emission at the middle level. On this basis, the local parameters of Xi'an city are input to simulate the CO, NOx and THC emission factors of the three ring cars, light buses and light trucks during the late peak of Xi'an in November 2014, and the simulation emission factors are verified, analyzed and evaluated in accordance with the emission factors of various models under different standards in Beijing. After that, the combination of vehicle exhaust emission quantification model and traffic simulation model is put forward. The main module of MOVES operation and the relation of data exchange between modules are refined. This study provides the basis for the independent development of vehicle tail gas quantizing model in our country in the future, and analyzes the mid level sensitivity factor of the MOVES model, which is a maneuver for Xi'an city. The vehicle exhaust emission factor simulation provides a basis for the study of the factors affecting the emission from the point of view of the traffic operation, providing a more efficient way for energy saving and emission reduction. Using MOVES to simulate, evaluate and analyze the emission of the tail gas in Xi'an, provide a reference for the formulation of the new exhaust emission control strategy, and put forward the traffic simulation model and the MOVES model. The combination of meso and micro level provides a new method for traffic environmental impact assessment.
