熔煉銅渣處理工藝研究

【摘要】:本論文針對金川公司二次銅精礦經(jīng)自熱爐系統(tǒng)火法熔煉產(chǎn)生的熔煉銅渣進(jìn)行濕法處理工藝研究,在濕法處理過程中分別對卡爾多爐、自熱爐熔煉渣進(jìn)行了常壓、加壓浸出研究,并考察了液固比、浸出時間、溫度、耗酸量等因素對鎳、銅浸出率的影響,同時根據(jù)常壓、加壓浸出小型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果從工藝技術(shù)可行性、工程化設(shè)計、設(shè)備配置、各工序加工成本及綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等方面與現(xiàn)行火法處理工藝進(jìn)行了對比論證。論證結(jié)果表明:常壓、加壓酸浸條件下都能夠?qū)⒖柖酄t、自熱爐渣中的銅浸出,浸出率大于98%,工藝上可滿足分離銅的需求,但兩種方法鎳的浸出率都偏低,常壓Ni浸出率為37.79%,加壓Ni浸出率為53.24%,加壓浸出與常壓浸出比鎳浸出率提升不大,沒有工業(yè)應(yīng)用價值。由于兩種浸出方法都存在浸出渣含鎳高的情況,浸出渣仍然需要返回火法處理。從銅的分離效果上分析,濕法浸出處理這兩種渣在技術(shù)上是可行的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the wet treatment process of copper slag produced by secondary copper concentrate smelting in Jinchuan Company was studied. In the process of wet treatment, the smelting slag of Calduo furnace and self-heating furnace was leached under normal pressure and pressure, respectively. The effects of liquid-solid ratio, leaching time, temperature and acid consumption on the leaching rate of nickel and copper were investigated. The processing cost and comprehensive economic benefit of each working procedure are compared with the current pyrotechnic treatment process. The results show that copper can be leached in Caldor furnace and self-heating slag under atmospheric pressure and pressure acid leaching. The leaching rate is greater than 98, and the process can meet the needs of separating copper. However, the leaching rate of nickel in both methods is on the low side. The leaching rate of Ni at atmospheric pressure is 37.79 and the leaching rate of Ni under pressure is 53.24. The ratio of leaching under pressure to leaching under normal pressure is not much higher than that of leaching under normal pressure, so it has no value in industrial application. The leaching slag still needs to be treated by pyrolysis because of the high nickel content in both leaching methods. From the analysis of separation effect of copper, wet leaching treatment of these two kinds of slag is technically feasible.
