【摘要】：采用瓊脂、海藻酸鈉、聚丙烯酰胺3種包埋方法制備出硝化細(xì)菌污泥固定小球,考察了成球的難易及其物理機(jī)械性能,并采用制備小球進(jìn)行氨氮的降解實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,3種固定化小球?qū)Π钡霓D(zhuǎn)化均有明顯活性,瓊脂固定化小球的活性最好,保存時(shí)間長,但成球較困難,聚丙烯酰胺成球容易而活性相對偏低,相比之下,海藻酸鈉固定化小球的活性較高且易成球,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Nitrifying bacteria sludge immobilized pellets were prepared by three kinds of embedding methods: Agar, sodium alginate and polyacrylamide. The difficulties and physical and mechanical properties of the pellets were investigated, and the ammonia-nitrogen degradation experiments were carried out with the prepared pellets. The results showed that the three immobilized pellets had obvious activity in the conversion of ammonia nitrogen. Agar immobilized pellets had the best activity and long storage time, but it was difficult to form the pellets. The activity of polyacrylamide pellets was relatively low, compared with that of the Agar immobilized pellets. Sodium alginate immobilized pellets have high activity and are easy to be formed, so they have a good prospect of application.
