京津冀地區(qū)非正規(guī)垃圾場(chǎng)地遙感監(jiān)測(cè)分析

【摘要】:利用2015年高分辨率衛(wèi)星遙感影像提取了京津冀地區(qū)非正規(guī)垃圾堆放場(chǎng)地的分布,獲取了垃圾場(chǎng)地位置、面積以及與居民點(diǎn)和河流等環(huán)境敏感區(qū)的距離等信息,對(duì)其空間分布特征、影響因素、環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:京津冀地區(qū)共監(jiān)測(cè)到非正規(guī)垃圾場(chǎng)地近萬(wàn)個(gè),數(shù)量多、密度大,呈現(xiàn)出西北山區(qū)少、東南平原區(qū)多的空間分布趨勢(shì);在地級(jí)及以上城市單元上,垃圾場(chǎng)地?cái)?shù)量和密度居前列的是石家莊市、保定市和滄州市;北京市由于拆遷建筑垃圾較多,垃圾場(chǎng)占地面積最大;垃圾場(chǎng)數(shù)量密度、面積密度與平均高程具有顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.4564,P=0.0098;r=-0.3290,P=0.0087);80%的垃圾場(chǎng)地位于居民點(diǎn)100m范圍內(nèi),21%位于河流200m范圍內(nèi),對(duì)周邊生態(tài)環(huán)境和人體健康可能造成較大風(fēng)險(xiǎn);地形地貌、區(qū)域人口密度,尤其是農(nóng)村人口和垃圾處理機(jī)制,是影響垃圾堆放量的重要因素。
[Abstract]:High resolution satellite remote sensing images of 2015 were used to extract the distribution of informal garbage storage sites in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and to obtain information on the location, area, and distance from environmentally sensitive areas such as residential areas and rivers, etc. The spatial distribution characteristics, influencing factors and environmental risk are analyzed. The results show that there are nearly ten thousand informal landfills in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which are large in quantity and density, showing a spatial distribution trend of less in Northwest Mountain area and more in Southeast Plain area, and in urban units at or above the prefectural level. Shijiazhuang City, Baoding City and Cangzhou City are the leading landfills in the number and density of garbage sites. There is a significant negative correlation between area density and average elevation. 80% of the garbage sites are located within 100 m of residential area, 21% are located within 200 m of rivers, which may pose a great risk to the surrounding ecological environment and human health, topographical and geomorphological, regional population density, Especially the rural population and garbage disposal mechanism are important factors affecting the amount of garbage dump.
