【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速發(fā)展,但伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,生態(tài)環(huán)境遭到了嚴(yán)重的破壞。一系列的環(huán)境問題日益凸顯,尤其是空氣污染,一直縈繞在地球上空,徘徊不去,且愈演愈烈,空氣質(zhì)量已惡化至威脅人類健康的程度。2013年京津冀地區(qū)嚴(yán)重的霧霾使我國面臨著有史以來最為嚴(yán)峻的空氣污染問題,空氣污染已經(jīng)不單單是影響群眾的身體健康和生產(chǎn)生活,對社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定也造成了不良影響,每年因此引發(fā)的群體性事件也很多�？諝馕廴締栴}已經(jīng)成為我國目前環(huán)境問題中最大的問題,空氣污染的治理刻不容緩。雖然我國空氣污染問題形成的原因十分復(fù)雜,但最重要的原因還是人類對快速發(fā)展的科學(xué)技術(shù)的不合理利用,科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,尤其推動(dòng)了對自然的開發(fā),并使這種開發(fā)在廣度和深度上達(dá)到了空前的程度,對自然過度的開發(fā),造成大量的資源浪費(fèi)和環(huán)境污染,雖然空氣污染與科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展有一定的關(guān)系,但空氣污染問題的解決依然得依靠科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。要靠科技進(jìn)步,變革新型的清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、不斷提高資源利用效率、污染物排放的控制能力來解決。而科學(xué)技術(shù)能否在空氣污染問題上發(fā)揮積極的作用,關(guān)鍵看科學(xué)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用是否合理。但究其本質(zhì),人類中心主義的價(jià)值觀、片面追求經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的發(fā)展觀、缺失公正的環(huán)境倫理觀,才是我國空氣污染的真正根源。這些錯(cuò)誤的價(jià)值觀導(dǎo)致人與自然的對立、人與自然的矛盾尖銳化。因此,要想從根本上解決環(huán)境問題,必須認(rèn)識(shí)到以上三種錯(cuò)誤的價(jià)值觀對環(huán)境造成的負(fù)面影響,從而轉(zhuǎn)變關(guān)于人與自然的思維方式,用馬克思主義的生態(tài)觀武裝我們的價(jià)值觀、發(fā)展觀和世界觀,以尊重自然規(guī)律為準(zhǔn)則,樹立科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然的和諧統(tǒng)一,實(shí)現(xiàn)我們的中國夢。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has achieved rapid development, but with the rapid development of the economy, the ecological environment has been seriously damaged. A series of environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, especially air pollution, which has been hovering over the earth, hovering and growing. Air quality has deteriorated to a level that threatens human health. In 2013, the severe smog in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region made our country face the most serious air pollution problem ever. Air pollution has not only affected the people's health and production and life. Social stability is also adversely affected, causing a lot of group events every year. The problem of air pollution has become the biggest problem in our country at present, and the control of air pollution is urgent. Although the reasons for the formation of air pollution in China are very complex, the most important reason is the irrational use of rapidly developing science and technology, and the rapid development of science and technology, which has especially promoted the development of nature. And this kind of development has reached an unprecedented level in breadth and depth. Excessive exploitation of nature has resulted in a great deal of waste of resources and environmental pollution, although air pollution has certain relations with the development of science and technology. However, the solution of air pollution problem still depends on the development of science and technology. It depends on the progress of science and technology, the innovation of new clean production technology, the improvement of resource utilization efficiency and the control ability of pollutant emission. Whether science and technology can play an active role in air pollution depends on whether the application of science and technology is reasonable. But the essence, the values of anthropocentrism, the one-sided development view of economic growth and the lack of just environmental ethics, are the real root of air pollution in China. These wrong values lead to the opposition between man and nature, and the sharp contradiction between man and nature. Therefore, if we want to fundamentally solve the environmental problem, we must realize the negative impact on the environment caused by the three wrong values mentioned above, so as to change the way of thinking about man and nature, and arm our values with Marxist ecological view. The concept of development and the world outlook are based on respecting the laws of nature and establishing the scientific concept of development so as to realize the harmony and unity of man and nature and to realize our Chinese Dream.
