【摘要】:隨著人們的環(huán)保意識(shí)越來(lái)越強(qiáng),污水處理也越來(lái)越受到重視,如何高效的的運(yùn)行污水處理廠、根據(jù)進(jìn)水的變化調(diào)整運(yùn)行參數(shù),使出水達(dá)標(biāo)是一個(gè)迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題,相比于污水處理實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)說(shuō),污水處理的數(shù)值模擬來(lái)得更加簡(jiǎn)單直接,由于污水處理是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的生物化學(xué)過(guò)程,其中的反應(yīng)機(jī)理、過(guò)程還有待深入挖掘,通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬從一定程度上可以幫助人們了解這些過(guò)程,同時(shí)為污水廠的設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化運(yùn)行管理提供輔助,具有十分重要的意義。本文在深入了解現(xiàn)有的污水處理數(shù)值模擬軟件和活性污泥模型的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了L污水處理廠數(shù)值模擬模型,主要做了以下幾方面的工作:(1)對(duì)L污水處理廠的運(yùn)行工藝、設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,對(duì)曝氣池進(jìn)水和二沉池出水做了詳細(xì)的監(jiān)測(cè),通過(guò)進(jìn)出水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)分析了該污水處理廠的運(yùn)行效果,認(rèn)為出水總磷超標(biāo);(2)基于ASM2d模型和STOAT軟件建立了L污水處理廠二級(jí)處理的數(shù)值模擬模型,該模型可以反映出污水處理過(guò)程中的一系列生化反應(yīng)過(guò)程,但是模擬結(jié)果具有一定的誤差,氨氮、總磷誤差較大;(3)對(duì)可能造成誤差的原因做出了分析,著重對(duì)ASM2d模型涉及到的動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)和化學(xué)計(jì)量系數(shù)進(jìn)行了靈敏度分析,根據(jù)參數(shù)的靈敏度和Arrehenius公式校正了ASM2d的部分動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)和化學(xué)計(jì)量系數(shù),校正后的模擬結(jié)果誤差較小,模型可以用于后續(xù)的研究;(4)通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)和模擬運(yùn)行確定了L污水處理廠的最佳運(yùn)行參數(shù),最佳的運(yùn)行參數(shù)為KLa=4h-1、污泥回流比40%、內(nèi)回流比60%,通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)的進(jìn)水檢驗(yàn)了最佳運(yùn)行參數(shù)的正確性;(5)在L污水處理廠現(xiàn)有的構(gòu)筑物基礎(chǔ)上提出了可能的改進(jìn)工藝——倒置A2/O工藝,通過(guò)建立倒置A2/O工藝的數(shù)值模擬模型發(fā)現(xiàn)該工藝并不適合L污水處理廠。
[Abstract]:With more and more people's awareness of environmental protection, sewage treatment is paid more and more attention. How to operate sewage treatment plant efficiently and adjust operation parameters according to the change of influent is an urgent problem that needs to be solved. Compared with the sewage treatment experiment, the numerical simulation of sewage treatment is simpler and more direct. Because sewage treatment is a complex biochemical process, the reaction mechanism and process need to be excavated deeply. Numerical simulation can help people to understand these processes to a certain extent, and at the same time, it is of great significance to provide assistance for the design and optimization of operation and management of wastewater treatment plants. On the basis of deep understanding of the existing numerical simulation software and activated sludge model of sewage treatment plant, a numerical simulation model of L sewage treatment plant is constructed in this paper. The main work of this paper is to do the following work: 1) the operation process of L sewage treatment plant. The design parameters and operation parameters are introduced in brief. The inlet and outlet water of the aeration tank and secondary settling tank are monitored in detail. The operation effect of the wastewater treatment plant is analyzed through the water quality index of the inlet and outlet water. Based on ASM2d model and STOAT software, a numerical simulation model for secondary treatment of L wastewater treatment plant is established. The model can reflect a series of biochemical reaction processes in the process of wastewater treatment. However, there are some errors in the simulation results. The errors of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus are large. The possible causes of errors are analyzed. The sensitivity analysis of the kinetic parameters and stoichiometric coefficients involved in ASM2d model is emphasized. Some kinetic parameters and stoichiometric coefficients of ASM2d were corrected according to the sensitivity of the parameters and the Arrehenius formula. The model can be used for further research. (4) the optimal operating parameters of L wastewater treatment plant are determined by orthogonal test and simulated operation. The optimum operating parameters are KLa-4h-1, sludge reflux ratio 40 and internal reflux ratio 60. The correctness of the optimal operating parameters is verified by dynamic influent. (5) based on the existing structure of the L sewage treatment plant, a possible improved process, the inverted A _ 2 / O process, is put forward. By establishing the numerical simulation model of inverted A _ 2 / O process, it is found that this process is not suitable for L wastewater treatment plant.
