商用車綠色涂裝工藝方案設(shè)計(jì)及其清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國已經(jīng)成為名副其實(shí)的汽車產(chǎn)銷第一大國,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,但與此同時(shí),我們也必須關(guān)注汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)給環(huán)境帶來的影響。商用汽車在國內(nèi)的使用壽命明顯低于乘用車的使用年限,雖然產(chǎn)銷量低于乘用車,但其產(chǎn)銷周期很短,其對(duì)環(huán)境的影響不可小視。本文旨在結(jié)合商用車生命周期短的特性,對(duì)商用車涂裝油漆外觀品質(zhì)進(jìn)行正確定位,并結(jié)合近幾年新興的涂裝新工藝新技術(shù)進(jìn)行商用車綠色涂裝工藝的設(shè)計(jì)。從產(chǎn)品涂膜質(zhì)量及清潔生產(chǎn)兩個(gè)方面考量工藝設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性,并在評(píng)價(jià)過程中進(jìn)行相關(guān)品質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)及清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的研究。本文對(duì)現(xiàn)有涂裝工藝及涂層質(zhì)量進(jìn)行梳理,對(duì)近幾年提出的新技術(shù)新工藝,如薄膜(無磷化)前處理技術(shù)、中面涂集成工藝等進(jìn)行了分析、對(duì)比總結(jié),明確其各自的特點(diǎn)和使用條件。通過對(duì)比國標(biāo)、企業(yè)內(nèi)乘用車漆膜質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和使用年限的關(guān)系,摸索出符合目前商用車實(shí)際需求的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),避免質(zhì)量過剩。新技術(shù)新工藝聯(lián)合應(yīng)用組成兩種新型綠色涂裝工藝方案,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬創(chuàng)建現(xiàn)場工藝條件,制備實(shí)驗(yàn)樣板并進(jìn)行性能實(shí)驗(yàn)測試,該兩種工藝方案都能滿足商用車涂裝品質(zhì)的需求。國家尚無明確的涂裝行業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法,為了評(píng)價(jià)本文新設(shè)計(jì)工藝方案的清潔生產(chǎn)水平,本著以預(yù)防為主的主導(dǎo)思想,遵循《清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系編制通則》,結(jié)合AHP-Fuzzy的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,根據(jù)汽車涂裝的特點(diǎn),嘗試構(gòu)建一套汽車制造涂裝行業(yè)的清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系和綜合評(píng)定方法。該評(píng)價(jià)體系由一級(jí)指標(biāo)和二級(jí)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成,一級(jí)指標(biāo)涵蓋了生產(chǎn)工藝和裝備指標(biāo)、資源能源消耗指標(biāo)、資源綜合利用指標(biāo)、污染物產(chǎn)生指標(biāo)、產(chǎn)品特征指標(biāo)、清潔生產(chǎn)管理指標(biāo)、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量指標(biāo)和作業(yè)環(huán)境指標(biāo)共8大類;二級(jí)指標(biāo)共30個(gè),其中定性指標(biāo)15個(gè)、定量指標(biāo)15個(gè),明確各指標(biāo)的基準(zhǔn)值及權(quán)重值,從而得出綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。應(yīng)用新構(gòu)建的清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)新設(shè)計(jì)的綠色涂裝工藝方案和常規(guī)涂裝工藝方案進(jìn)行清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)定。本文設(shè)計(jì)了兩組滿足產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量需求和環(huán)保發(fā)展的商用車涂裝工藝方案,為本企業(yè)商用車生產(chǎn)線工藝規(guī)劃提供基礎(chǔ)參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, China has become the largest country in automobile production and marketing, and the automobile industry has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy, but at the same time, we must also pay attention to the impact of the automobile industry on the environment. The service life of commercial vehicles in China is obviously lower than that of passenger cars. Although the production and sales of commercial vehicles are lower than those of passenger cars, the production and marketing cycle of commercial vehicles is very short, and the impact on the environment cannot be underestimated. The purpose of this paper is to correctly locate the exterior quality of painting for commercial vehicles combined with the characteristics of short life cycle of commercial vehicles, and to design the green painting process of commercial vehicles combined with the new painting process and new technology in recent years. The feasibility of process planning was considered from two aspects of coating quality and cleaner production, and the relevant quality evaluation and cleaner production evaluation were studied in the process of evaluation. In this paper, the existing coating process and coating quality are combed, and the new technologies proposed in recent years, such as film (no phosphating) pretreatment technology, middle surface coating integration technology, etc., are analyzed and compared. Clarify their respective characteristics and use conditions. By comparing with the national standard, the relationship between the quality standard and the service life of the internal passenger car paint film, the quality standard which accords with the actual demand of the commercial vehicle at present is found out, and the excess quality is avoided. Two new green coating process schemes are formed by the combined application of new technology and new process. The field process conditions are created in laboratory simulation, the experimental sample is prepared and the performance experimental test is carried out. The two process schemes can meet the requirements of commercial vehicle painting quality. In order to evaluate the Cleaner production level of the new design project of this paper, in order to evaluate the cleaner production level of the new design project of this paper, the country has no clear evaluation method of cleaner production in the painting industry. According to the general rules of Cleaner production Evaluation Index system, combined with the comprehensive evaluation method of AHP-Fuzzy, according to the characteristics of automotive painting, this paper attempts to construct a set of Cleaner production Evaluation system and Comprehensive Evaluation method of Automobile Manufacturing coating Industry. The evaluation system consists of the first class index and the second grade index. The first class index covers the production process and equipment index, the resource and energy consumption index, the resource comprehensive utilization index, the pollutant generation index, the product characteristic index and the cleaner production management index. There are 8 categories of product quality index and operational environment index, 30 second-level indexes, including 15 qualitative index and 15 quantitative index. The benchmark value and weight value of each index are defined, and the comprehensive evaluation method is obtained. The new clean production evaluation method is used to evaluate the green painting process and the conventional painting process. In this paper, two groups of commercial vehicle painting process schemes are designed to meet the needs of product quality and development of environmental protection, which provide a basic reference for the process planning of commercial vehicle production line in our enterprise.
