超聲對(duì)垃圾滲濾液中溶解性有機(jī)物的影響

【摘要】:采用三維熒光光譜(EEM)和熒光區(qū)域指數(shù)分析法研究了垃圾滲濾液的熒光光譜特性。滲濾液經(jīng)不同超聲頻率處理后,位于λ_(Ex)/λ_(Em)=270/345 nm和240/449 nm的特征峰消失,位于λ_(Ex)/λ_(Em)=330/430 nm(峰a)和280/391 nm(峰b)的特征峰在80 k Hz時(shí)峰強(qiáng)增加幅度和位移變化最大,但兩峰強(qiáng)度之比r(a,b)和EEM的P_(Ⅲ,n)與P_(Ⅴ,n)增加幅度最低;不同初始p H滲濾液經(jīng)超聲處理后,特征峰位移出現(xiàn)明顯差別,除p H為11時(shí)P_(Ⅲ,n)有所下降外,其余P_(Ⅴ,n)和P_(Ⅲ,n)都呈上升趨勢(shì),pH為3時(shí)P_(Ⅴ,n)增加幅度最顯著;提高滲濾液初始濃度后,發(fā)現(xiàn)P_(Ⅲ,n)和P_(Ⅴ,n)升幅增大,P_(i,n)的變化規(guī)律顯示對(duì)超聲的敏感程度是色氨酸類有機(jī)物酪氨酸類有機(jī)物微生物瀝出物富里酸類有機(jī)物腐殖酸類有機(jī)物;GC/MS分析結(jié)果表明超聲處理后滲濾液中芳烴和烷烴有機(jī)物相對(duì)含量減少,醇類、羧酸和酯類有機(jī)物相對(duì)含量增加。
[Abstract]:The fluorescence spectrum characteristics of landfill leachate were studied by three dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy (EEM) and fluorescence region index analysis. The characteristic peaks of the leachate in the Ex / lambda (Em) =270/345 nm and 240/449 nm were disappearing after the treatment of different ultrasonic frequencies, and the peak intensity of the characteristic peaks of the lambda Ex / Ex / [Em) = 330/430 nm (peak a) and the peak (peak) The increase of amplitude and displacement is the greatest, but the increase of the two peak intensity ratio R (a, b) and EEM P_ (III, n) and P_ (V, n) is the lowest, and the characteristic peak displacements of different initial P H leachate are obviously different.
