大遼河口營(yíng)養(yǎng)物基準(zhǔn)值的制定方法及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:營(yíng)養(yǎng)物基準(zhǔn)是水質(zhì)基準(zhǔn)的重要組成部分,它的制定和應(yīng)用是為了防止水體富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化。營(yíng)養(yǎng)物基準(zhǔn)不僅是開展?fàn)I養(yǎng)物監(jiān)測(cè)、評(píng)估和管理的基礎(chǔ),而且為營(yíng)養(yǎng)物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究與制訂提供理論基礎(chǔ)和方法借鑒。美國(guó)系統(tǒng)研究了河流、湖庫、河口和近岸海域及濕地營(yíng)養(yǎng)物基準(zhǔn)制定的理論方法,我國(guó)對(duì)湖泊營(yíng)養(yǎng)物基準(zhǔn)的制定進(jìn)行了一些研究,而對(duì)河口營(yíng)養(yǎng)物基準(zhǔn)的制定研究較少。本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和室內(nèi)模擬結(jié)果,研究了大遼河口營(yíng)養(yǎng)物基準(zhǔn)值的制定方法及其影響因素,得到的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)用頻數(shù)分布法得到大遼河口TN、TP、DIN和P043-的基準(zhǔn)值分別為110.1、1.33、63.8和0.28 μmol·L-1,Chl-a的基準(zhǔn)值為2.50μg·L-1:用Chl-a為2.50μg·L-1作為響應(yīng)閾值,根據(jù)簡(jiǎn)單線性回歸模型得到大遼河口TN和TP的基準(zhǔn)值分別為26.2 μmol·L-1和1.01 μmol·L-1;根據(jù)室內(nèi)模擬結(jié)果,用非線性擬合法得到大遼河口TN、TP、DIN和P043-的生態(tài)基準(zhǔn)值分別為25.9、3.99、16.8和1.19μmol·L-1。三種方法得到的TP和TN基準(zhǔn)值都在地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的范圍內(nèi)。(2)鹽度為15、25和31時(shí),大遼河口DIN基準(zhǔn)值分別為26.1、19.5和19.9μmol·L-1,TN的基準(zhǔn)值分別為40.3、30.1和30.6 μmol·L-1,PO43-的基準(zhǔn)值分別為1.10、0.94和1.06 μmol·L-1,TP的基準(zhǔn)值分別為3.69、3.15和3.56 μmol·L-1。鹽度變化對(duì)P043-和TP基準(zhǔn)值影響不明顯,鹽度變化對(duì)DIN和TN基準(zhǔn)值影響顯著,過高或過低的鹽度都會(huì)使其基準(zhǔn)值增大,這與鹽度影響浮游藻對(duì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽的吸收利用率、生長(zhǎng)代謝、滲透壓及細(xì)胞外碳酸酐酶(CA)的活力等因素有關(guān)。(3)P043-濃度變化對(duì)DIN生態(tài)響應(yīng)值具有重要影響,隨著P043-濃度的增大,DIN響應(yīng)值逐漸增大,DIN響應(yīng)值隨著P043-濃度的變化曲線近似“S”型;DIN濃度變化對(duì)P043-生態(tài)響應(yīng)值也有影響,隨著DIN濃度增大,P043-響應(yīng)值也逐漸增大,P043-響應(yīng)值隨著DIN濃度的變化不是很明顯。
[Abstract]:Nutrient standard is an important part of water quality standard, and its development and application is to prevent eutrophication. Nutrient benchmark is not only the basis of nutrition monitoring, evaluation and management, but also provides theoretical basis and method for the study and formulation of nutrition standards. The United States has systematically studied the theoretical methods for the formulation of nutrient standards for rivers, lakes, estuaries and coastal waters and wetlands. In China, some studies have been carried out on the formulation of nutrient standards for lakes, but few studies have been made on the formulation of nutrient standards for estuaries. Based on the field investigation data and the results of indoor simulation, this paper studies the formulation method of nutrient reference value and its influencing factors in Daliao Estuary. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) using the method of frequency distribution, the datum values of TPDIN and P043- are 110.1 mol 1.33 渭 g / L 63.8 and 0.28 渭 mol / L ~ (-1) Chl-a, respectively, which are 2.50 渭 g / L ~ (-1) and 2.50 渭 g / L ~ (-1) of Chl-a, respectively. According to the simple linear regression model, the basic values of TN and TP were 26.2 渭 mol L-1 and 1.01 渭 mol L-1, respectively, and the ecological datum values of TNTP-DIN and P043- were obtained by non-linear fitting method in Daliao Estuary of Daliao River Estuary, and the ecological reference values of TN and TP in Daliao Estuary were 25.9 渭 mol / L ~ (-1) and 1.19 渭 mol / L ~ (-1), respectively. The standard values of TP and TN obtained by the three methods are within the range of environmental quality standards of surface water. The DIN datum values of Daliao Estuary are 26.1U 19.5 and 19.9 渭 mol L-1TN, respectively, 40.3 渭 mol 30.1 and 30.6 渭 mol L-1 PO43-, which are 1.100.94 and 1.06 渭 mol L ~ (-1) TP, respectively, 3.69U ~ (3.15) and 3.56 渭 mol ~ (-1) ~ (-1). The change of salinity had no significant effect on the standard values of P043- and TP, but the change of salinity had a significant effect on the DIN and TN datum values. Too high or too low salinity would increase the reference values, which was related to the salinity effect on the uptake and utilization of nutrients, growth and metabolism of phytoplankton. The osmotic pressure and the activity of extracellular carbonic anhydrase (CAA) were related to the concentration of P043-, which had an important effect on the ecological response of DIN. With the increase of P043- concentration, the DIN response value gradually increased with the P043- concentration changing curve approximate to "S" DIN concentration change, and the P043- ecological response value was also affected by the change of DIN concentration. With the increase of DIN concentration, the response value of P043- and the response value of P043- increased gradually. The change of P043- response value with the concentration of DIN was not obvious.
