【摘要】：改革開放以來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和綜合國力的不斷提升,我國城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快�？焖俚某鞘谢诮o人們帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等諸多利益的同時,也帶來了“城市病”、霧霾、酸雨等一系列問題,并且這些問題已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重制約人們的正常生活和城市化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。當(dāng)前是我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期,也是社會發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境矛盾突顯的重要時期,因此,探討城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、優(yōu)化城市化發(fā)展質(zhì)量和從根本上解決城市化進(jìn)程中帶來的環(huán)境問題,對推動城市化健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。通過收集和查閱大量的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,對城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基本理論、模糊物元理論以及灰色預(yù)測理論進(jìn)行研究,從基本概念、發(fā)展歷程、研究現(xiàn)狀、理論原理等方面進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié),為后續(xù)研究做好鋪墊。在明確上述理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對青島市城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行定性分析,了解其城市化和城市化進(jìn)程中生態(tài)環(huán)境的發(fā)展特征,為后續(xù)定量分析找準(zhǔn)出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)。通過查閱文獻(xiàn)和專家咨詢等方法,建立城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用模糊物元理論、熵權(quán)法和灰色預(yù)測法等數(shù)理分析方法,從橫向和縱向兩個方面對青島市的城市化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行定量計算和分析,揭示青島市城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)以及環(huán)境質(zhì)量隨著城市化發(fā)展的變化規(guī)律。在縱向方面上,主要是通過對2005~2013年青島市城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平和2014~2018年青島市城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平預(yù)測值的計算,來分析青島市在時間維度上城市化綜合發(fā)展水平、生態(tài)環(huán)境綜合發(fā)展水平以及城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平的變化和原因。在橫向方面上,通過將青島市2013年城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r在山東省內(nèi)定位以及與6個副省級城市和4個直轄市進(jìn)行對比的方式,來探尋制約青島市城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平的原因。最后,針對以上研究內(nèi)容,從六個方面提出對策與建議,以進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)青島市城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous improvement of the economic level and the comprehensive national strength, the process of urbanization in China has been accelerating. The rapid urbanization has brought many benefits to people, such as economic development, but also brings a series of problems, such as "urban disease", haze, acid rain and so on, and these problems have seriously restricted people's normal life and city. The further development of urbanization is the strategic opportunity for the social and economic development of our country. It is also an important period for the contradiction between social development and the ecological environment. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment, optimize the quality of urbanization and fundamentally solve the environmental problems brought about in the process of urbanization, and promote the urbanization health. The sustainable development is of great significance. By collecting and consulting a large number of relevant documents, the basic theory of coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment, fuzzy matter-element theory and grey prediction theory are studied, and the basic concepts, the development course, the research status, the theory principle and so on are combed and summarized for the follow-up research. On the basis of the above theory, the present situation of urbanization and ecological environment in Qingdao is qualitatively analyzed, the characteristics of the development of the ecological environment in the process of urbanization and urbanization are understood, the starting point and the foothold are found for the follow-up quantitative analysis, and the urbanization and the ecological environment are established by consulting the literature and expert consultation. Coordinate the development index system, and use the fuzzy matter-element theory, entropy weight method and grey prediction method and other mathematical analysis methods, from the horizontal and vertical two aspects of the urban development of the city of Qingdao quantitative calculation and analysis, to reveal the coordinated development of Qingdao city and ecological environment and environmental quality with the change of urbanization development. In the longitudinal aspect, the overall development level of urbanization, the comprehensive development level of the ecological environment and the city are analyzed mainly through the calculation of the coordinated development level of the urbanization and the ecological environment in Qingdao and the coordinated development level of Qingdao's urbanization and ecological environment in the year of 2005~2013, and in the time dimension of Qingdao. The change and reason of the coordinated development level of the urbanization and the ecological environment, in the horizontal aspect, it seeks to restrict the coordinated development of the urbanization and the ecological environment in Qingdao by the way of the coordinated development of the urbanization and the ecological environment in the city of Qingdao in Shandong in 2013 and the comparison with the 6 sub provincial cities and the 4 municipalities directly under the central government. Finally, in view of the above research contents, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from six aspects in order to further promote the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment in Qingdao.
