【摘要】:近年來,鄱陽湖區(qū)域隨著人口的增長和經(jīng)濟、社會發(fā)展速度的加快,自然生態(tài)環(huán)境受到嚴重的干擾,原有的生態(tài)功能受到大程度損失,鄱陽湖周邊區(qū)域環(huán)境問題日漸凸顯,成為典型的生態(tài)脆弱帶。2009年12月,經(jīng)國家批準,鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設正式啟動。在國家政策扶持下,鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)依托自身的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、地理優(yōu)勢和生態(tài)優(yōu)勢,近年來社會經(jīng)濟和生態(tài)建設發(fā)展迅速,逐步發(fā)展成為了江西省重要的制造業(yè)基地,是中部地區(qū)重要的經(jīng)濟增長極,已成為中部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要支撐區(qū)域。然而,鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設6年多來,建設成效如何,區(qū)域生態(tài)脆弱性發(fā)展如何,是否達到生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設的預期目標問題非常值得關注。為了促進區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟與生態(tài)環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,保障區(qū)域生態(tài)安全和生態(tài)功能穩(wěn)定,對該區(qū)域土地的脆弱性的合理認識和優(yōu)化調(diào)控具有非常重要的理論意義和實踐價值。本文在分析國內(nèi)外生態(tài)評價方法模型的基礎上,對土地利用影響作用的自然指標和社會經(jīng)濟類指標進行綜合歸納,參考已有研究成果構建了新的生態(tài)脆弱性評價模型;通過收集2008、2013年鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)近年來的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)、影像信息和社會經(jīng)濟類數(shù)據(jù),用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,確定了包含3層27個指標的生態(tài)脆弱性評價指標體系,對鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)土地生態(tài)脆弱性進行動態(tài)實證分析,結(jié)合評價結(jié)果分析研究區(qū)建設成效情況,并提出了改善生態(tài)脆弱性的調(diào)控對策。研究主要結(jié)論如下:(1)通過創(chuàng)建鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)土地生態(tài)脆弱性評價體系,采用層次分析法進行評價,從自然、社會、經(jīng)濟和其他方面選取與脆弱性相關的影響因子構建評價指標體系,采用極值法對評價指標進行量化處理,并對研究區(qū)土地生態(tài)脆弱性運用生態(tài)脆弱性動態(tài)分析方法進行分析。(2)通過分析得出:2013年鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)的土地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生態(tài)脆弱性綜合評價值為0.4858,處于“中度脆弱”III等級,同2008年脆弱程度一致,由該研究區(qū)2013年土地生態(tài)脆弱性空間分布格局分析表明,余江縣、南昌縣、高安市、南昌市區(qū)、鷹潭市區(qū)、樟樹市6個縣市的土地生態(tài)脆弱性相對較高,而通過變化趨勢分析表明研究區(qū)在研究時間序列內(nèi)生態(tài)脆弱狀況較差集中在鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)的中部,經(jīng)濟區(qū)的邊緣縣市的脆弱程度較輕,發(fā)展勢頭較好。(3)通過對鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)土地生態(tài)脆弱性驅(qū)動因子進行分析,研究得到的結(jié)果表明,土地墾殖率、森林覆蓋率是影響該地區(qū)土地生態(tài)脆弱性變化的主要自然因素;而影響該地區(qū)土地脆弱生態(tài)變化的生態(tài)經(jīng)濟和生態(tài)社會因素包括單位工業(yè)輔助能值、農(nóng)業(yè)財政支出率、城鎮(zhèn)登記失業(yè)率、環(huán)境污染治理投入。(4)針對研究區(qū)域的土地生態(tài)脆弱調(diào)控,從自然、經(jīng)濟、社會三個角度分別提出對策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the growth of population and economy and the acceleration of social development, the natural ecological environment has been seriously disturbed, and the original ecological function has been largely lost in the Poyang Lake region, and the environmental problems around the Poyang Lake area have become increasingly prominent. In December 2009, the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone was officially started. With the support of national policies, Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone has developed rapidly in recent years, relying on its own geographical, geographical and ecological advantages, and has gradually developed into an important manufacturing base in Jiangxi Province. Is the central region important economic growth pole, has become the central region economic development important support region. However, the construction of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone for more than 6 years, how the construction results, how the development of regional ecological vulnerability, whether to achieve the expected goal of ecological economic zone construction is very worthy of attention. In order to promote the harmonious development of regional social economy and ecological environment and ensure the regional ecological security and ecological function stability, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to understand and optimize the vulnerability of land in this region. Based on the analysis of ecological evaluation methods at home and abroad, this paper synthetically induces the natural index and the social economic index of land use impact, and constructs a new ecological vulnerability assessment model with reference to the existing research results. Through collecting the statistical data, image information and social and economic data of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in recent years in 2008 and 2013, the research method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis is used. The evaluation index system of ecological vulnerability including 3 layers and 27 indexes is determined. The dynamic empirical analysis of ecological vulnerability of land in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is carried out, and the results of construction of the study area are analyzed in combination with the evaluation results. The countermeasures to improve ecological vulnerability are put forward. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) through the establishment of land ecological vulnerability evaluation system in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, AHP is used to evaluate the ecological vulnerability of land. The economic and other factors related to vulnerability are selected to construct the evaluation index system, and the extreme value method is used to quantify the evaluation index. The ecological vulnerability of land in the study area was analyzed by using the dynamic analysis method of ecological vulnerability. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of ecological vulnerability of land ecosystem in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in 2013 was 0.4858, which was in the III grade of "moderate fragility". In accordance with the vulnerability in 2008, the spatial distribution pattern analysis of land ecological vulnerability in this study area in 2013 showed that the land ecological vulnerability was relatively high in Yujiang County, Nanchang County, Gao'an City, Nanchang City, Yingtan City and Zhangshu City. The trend analysis shows that the ecological fragility in the study area is relatively poor in the central part of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone, and the fragile degree of the county and city in the edge of the economic zone is relatively light. Based on the analysis of the driving factors of land ecological vulnerability in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, the results show that the rate of land reclamation, Forest cover is the main natural factor influencing the change of land ecological vulnerability in this area, and the ecological economic and ecological social factors that affect the ecological change of land in this area include the auxiliary energy value of unit industry, the rate of agricultural financial expenditure. The urban registered unemployment rate and environmental pollution control input. 4) aiming at the fragile regulation of land ecology in the study area, the countermeasures are put forward from the three angles of nature, economy and society respectively.
