茶皂素的提取及對(duì)底泥中重金屬的去除效果

【摘要】:以水為溶劑,從茶籽粕中提取茶皂素,采用單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了提取時(shí)固液比、溫度、時(shí)間和pH對(duì)茶皂素提取率的影響,并進(jìn)一步采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)提取條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。同時(shí),研究了茶皂素對(duì)底泥中重金屬的去除作用。結(jié)果表明,最佳提取條件為固液比1∶10、提取溫度50℃、提取時(shí)間2 h、pH 8,該條件下茶皂素提取率最高,達(dá)14.1%。當(dāng)粗茶皂素溶液的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為20%時(shí),Cu、Pb、Mn、Cd和Cr的去除率達(dá)到最大值,分別為Cu 18.2%、Pb 60.5%、Mn 38.8%、Cd 72.6%、Cr 10.9%。在自然pH(6.7)條件下,茶皂素對(duì)Cd、Pb和Mn都有明顯的去除作用,而對(duì)Cu和Cr的去除作用不明顯。
[Abstract]:Tea saponin was extracted from tea seed meal with water as solvent. The effects of solid-liquid ratio, temperature, time and pH on the extraction rate of tea saponin were investigated by single factor experiment, and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. At the same time, the removal effect of tea saponin on heavy metals in sediment was studied.
