施用羥基磷灰石對鎘污染土壤西瓜品質(zhì)和鎘積累的影響

【摘要】:以黃小玉、金鑫、黑馬王子3個西瓜品種為試材,研究不同量的羥基磷灰石(HAP)對重金屬鎘中度污染土壤西瓜鎘積累、分布規(guī)律和果實品質(zhì)的影響,旨在驗明西瓜在鎘中度超標土壤生產(chǎn)時的安全性。結(jié)果表明:添加15 kg·(667 m~2)~-1 HAP可以顯著降低土壤中有效鎘含量和西瓜不同部位鎘的積累量;施用HAP對西瓜果實品質(zhì)影響較小;西瓜植株中鎘的分布規(guī)律為莖葉根系果實;不同西瓜品種對鎘的吸收積累存在差異;適宜的西瓜品種在中度鎘超標土壤仍能夠生產(chǎn)出符合國家食品安全標準的西瓜。
[Abstract]:The effects of different amounts of hydroxyapatite (HAP) on cadmium accumulation, distribution and fruit quality of watermelon in heavy metal medium polluted soil were studied with three watermelon varieties of Huangxiaoyu, Jin Xin and Prince of Black Horse as experimental materials. The purpose of this study was to verify the safety of watermelon in medium cadmium excess soil production. The results showed that the content of available cadmium in soil and the accumulation of cadmium in different parts of watermelon could be significantly decreased by adding 15kg of Con 667 mG2P-1 HAP, the effect of HAP on fruit quality of watermelon was little, and the distribution of CD in watermelon was stem and leaf root and fruit. The CD uptake and accumulation of different watermelon varieties were different, and the suitable watermelon varieties could still produce watermelons that met the national food safety standards in medium CD excess soil.
