【摘要】：采用超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法(UPLC-MS/MS),建立了同時檢測水樣中三類共計14種抗生素的分析方法。水樣經(jīng)HLB小柱萃取富集后,用10%甲醇含0.1%的甲酸溶液定容,以高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜對目標(biāo)物進(jìn)行分析。在最優(yōu)實驗條件下,14種抗生素的線性范圍為1.0~500μg/L,相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.99,方法的檢出限為0.30~1.23 ng/L。將建立的方法應(yīng)用于檢測艾比湖湖水中14種抗生素的殘留分析,結(jié)果表明:14種抗生素中共檢測出12種,其中氧氟沙星、洛美沙星、環(huán)丙沙星、土霉素的檢出率為100%,洛美沙星的濃度最高。
[Abstract]:A method for the simultaneous determination of 14 antibiotics in water samples was established by using UPLC-MS / MS / MS with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. After the water sample was extracted and enriched by HLB column, the target was determined by HPLC / MS with 10% methanol containing 0.1% formic acid solution. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of 14 antibiotics is 1.0 ~ 500 渭 g / L, the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.99, and the detection limit of the method is 0.30 ~ 1.23 ng / L. The method was applied to the residue analysis of 14 antibiotics in the lake water of Ebinur Lake. The results showed that 12 kinds of antibiotics were detected, including ofloxacin, lomefloxacin and ciprofloxacin. The detection rate of oxytetracycline was 100 and the concentration of lomefloxacin was the highest.
