苯甲酸生產(chǎn)廢水甲苯萃余相的生物濾床凈化處理研究

【摘要】:針對苯甲酸生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的高含量有機(jī)廢水經(jīng)甲苯萃取后,廢水中仍然有質(zhì)量濃度60~100 mg/L的苯甲酸和苯甲醇的情況,將此廢水與生活污水合并調(diào)節(jié),在生物濾床中連續(xù)進(jìn)行生化處理,考察不同苯甲酸廢水與生活污水體積比對出水水質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著體積比的增加,BOD_5/COD生化指標(biāo)稍有下降,當(dāng)體積比小于3:2時(shí),各項(xiàng)出水指標(biāo)均達(dá)到較好水平,出水中苯甲酸和苯甲醇的質(zhì)量濃度均小于1.5 mg/L,COD和BOD5分別為16.8 mg/L和13.0 mg/L,滿足GB 18918-2002一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn);NH4~+-N的處理效果(出水質(zhì)量濃度小于30.0 mg/L)能達(dá)到二級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。低苯甲酸含量廢水通過一級厭氧和二級好氧生物濾床能得到很好的去除效果。
[Abstract]:The high content organic wastewater produced during the production of benzoic acid was extracted by toluene, and the concentration of benzoic acid and benzyl alcohol in the wastewater was still 60 ~ 100 mg/L, so the wastewater was combined with domestic wastewater. The effect of the volume ratio of benzoic acid wastewater to domestic wastewater on the effluent quality was investigated. The results showed that the biochemical index of COD decreased slightly with the increase of volume ratio. When the volume ratio was less than 3:2, all the effluent indexes reached a better level. The mass concentrations of benzoic acid and benzyl alcohol in effluent are less than 1.5 mg / L and BOD5 are 16.8mg / L and 13.0 mg / L, respectively. The treatment effect of NH _ 4 ~ -N (effluent mass concentration < 30.0 mg / L) can reach the second-order discharge standard when the effluent quality concentration is less than 30.0 mg / L, which meets the first class discharge standard of GB 18918-2002. The wastewater with low benzoic acid content can be removed well by first-stage anaerobic and second-stage aerobic biofilter.
