【摘要】：大力發(fā)展環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)是推動社會的發(fā)展和進步,構(gòu)建和諧社會,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟社會全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要手段。秦皇島市環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有利于其培育新的經(jīng)濟增長點,帶動傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。該文通過實地調(diào)查和運用SWOT分析法,分析秦皇島市環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)勢與劣勢、機遇與挑戰(zhàn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了加強政策支持、拓展投融資渠道、建設(shè)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)、積極推進科技創(chuàng)新、完善市場體制、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)環(huán)境等相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策。
[Abstract]:The development of environmental protection industry is an important means to promote the development and progress of society, to build a harmonious society and to realize the overall coordinated and sustainable development of economy and society. The development of environmental protection industry in Qinhuangdao is beneficial to cultivate new economic growth point and promote the innovation and development of traditional industry. Based on field investigation and SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation, advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of environmental protection industry in Qinhuangdao City. On the basis of this, it puts forward strengthening policy support, expanding investment and financing channels, and constructing environmental protection industry park. Actively promote scientific and technological innovation, perfect market system, optimize the industrial service environment and other corresponding development countermeasures.
