【摘要】:隨著我國社會經濟的發(fā)展與生態(tài)自我意識的覺醒,城鎮(zhèn)化與生態(tài)文明建設成為當今社會關注的熱點。城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)監(jiān)測與評價是新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設的重要基礎,而高分影像解譯技術的發(fā)展為之提供了可能。本文在綜合現有研究的基礎上,開展城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)利用評價體系和生態(tài)利用信息提取方法研究。首先確定城鎮(zhèn)宗地生態(tài)利用評價的內涵、研究對象和研究尺度,確定城鎮(zhèn)宗地生態(tài)利用相關概念、生態(tài)利用評價的定義及研究內容,建立基于遙感的生態(tài)利用評價指標體系。接下來,以寧夏平羅縣城為例,重點研究了生態(tài)利用信息的遙感提取技術,主要包括:(1)基于實地監(jiān)測完成單位面積生物量測算;(2)基于綠地解譯方法完成綠化覆蓋率測算;(3)基于回歸模型完成蓋度、葉面積指數提取;(4)基于特征篩選方法完成建筑面積提取。在上述研究的基礎上,結合實地調查數據探討了城鎮(zhèn)宗地生態(tài)利用評價體系,并以平羅縣城為例開展實證研究,主要包括:(1)提出了基于特征分析法和模糊綜合評判方法的城鎮(zhèn)宗地生態(tài)利用現狀評價體系;(2)提出基于現狀潛力和規(guī)劃潛力兩個角度研究生態(tài)利用潛力的評價方法;(3)應用數理統(tǒng)計分析、空間分析、地統(tǒng)計分析等方法對各評價結果進行分析。評價結果表明:(1)基于遙感的城鎮(zhèn)地理信息提取方法能夠較好的滿足生態(tài)利用評價的需要,能夠在保證較高精度的基礎上有效進行城鎮(zhèn)地物解譯;(2)幾種生態(tài)利用評價方法能夠較為客觀地反映城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)利用情況,現狀評價和潛力評價的研究方法分別為城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)建設中基礎數據獲取方法提供了研究思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the awakening of ecological self-consciousness, urbanization and ecological civilization construction have become the focus of attention. Urban ecological monitoring and evaluation is an important basis for the construction of new urbanization, and the development of high score image interpretation technology provides the possibility. Based on the existing research, this paper studies the evaluation system of urban ecological utilization and the method of extracting ecological utilization information. Firstly, the connotation, research object and research scale of ecological utilization evaluation of urban parcels are determined, and the related concepts, definitions and contents of ecological utilization evaluation of urban parcels are determined, and the evaluation index system of ecological utilization based on remote sensing is established. Next, taking the city of Pingluo County in Ningxia as an example, it focuses on the remote sensing extraction technology of ecological utilization information. It mainly includes: 1) based on field monitoring to complete biomass measurement of unit area. 2) based on greenbelt interpretation method to complete green coverage calculation. (3) based on regression model to complete coverage, leaf area index extraction to complete building area extraction based on feature selection method. On the basis of the above research, combined with the field investigation data, this paper discusses the evaluation system of ecological utilization of urban parcels, and takes Pingluo County as an example to carry out an empirical study. This paper puts forward the evaluation system of ecological utilization status of urban parcels based on characteristic analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.) it puts forward an evaluation method to study ecological utilization potential based on present situation potential and planning potential. Application of mathematical statistical analysis, Spatial analysis, geostatistical analysis and other methods to analyze the evaluation results. The evaluation results show that the method of extracting urban geographic information based on remote sensing can better meet the needs of ecological utilization evaluation. Several ecological utilization evaluation methods can objectively reflect the situation of urban ecological utilization on the basis of ensuring high accuracy. The research methods of present situation evaluation and potential evaluation provide the research ideas for the basic data acquisition methods in urban ecological construction.
