利用顯熱對(duì)熔渣進(jìn)行直接改質(zhì)的熱平衡分析及試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:采用熱態(tài)改質(zhì)方法可直接將冶金熔渣制備成高附加值材料,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)熔渣的"熱""渣"雙利用,因此這一方法在熔渣資源化利用領(lǐng)域中已成為研究熱點(diǎn).本文選取熔融鋼渣和河沙分別為典型熔渣和改質(zhì)劑,模擬計(jì)算分析在1600℃熔渣內(nèi)摻入改質(zhì)劑的過程中改質(zhì)劑摻量對(duì)改質(zhì)熔渣顯熱的影響,并對(duì)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行工業(yè)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證.研究表明:隨著改質(zhì)劑摻入,改質(zhì)熔渣顯熱呈現(xiàn)先增加后減小的趨勢(shì);隨改質(zhì)劑摻量由5%增加到11%時(shí)改質(zhì)熔渣顯熱反而增加,當(dāng)改質(zhì)劑摻量為11%時(shí)改質(zhì)熔渣顯熱達(dá)到最大.從熔渣顯熱利用和改質(zhì)效果綜合考慮,改質(zhì)劑摻量的理論最佳區(qū)間為11%~19%.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)表明,摻入12%左右的河沙后,改質(zhì)熔渣流動(dòng)性好,冷卻渣安定性等性能改善顯著.
