水中抗生素磺胺二甲基嘧啶的吸附去除機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:抗生素的大量使用甚至濫用對(duì)環(huán)境造成不容忽視的污染。本文選取生物質(zhì)材料—馬尾松松針和高分子合成材料—強(qiáng)堿性陰離子交換樹脂作為吸附劑,分別對(duì)磺胺二甲基嘧啶吸附影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。以靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)分別考察兩種吸附劑對(duì)水中的磺胺二甲基嘧啶的吸附效果。結(jié)果表明,松針與樹脂對(duì)水中的磺胺二甲基嘧啶吸附均屬于物理吸附,兩種吸附劑的吸附等溫方程都與Langmuir方程相符,松針吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)可以用一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程描述;而樹脂吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)可以用二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程描述;pH值對(duì)飽和吸附量有很大的影響,它們都以近中性溶液的飽和吸附量最大,飽和吸附量分別為0.229mg/g及0.244mg/g;溶液溫度超過20℃時(shí)對(duì)飽和吸附量的影響不大。以馬尾松松針作為吸附劑去除水體中的抗生素類物質(zhì)具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The extensive use and even abuse of antibiotics cause pollution to the environment that can not be ignored. In this paper, the influence factors of sulfadimethylpyrimidine adsorption on the adsorption of sulfadimethylpyrimidine were studied by selecting the biomaterials, pine needles of Masson pine and polymer synthetic materials, strong basic anion exchange resin as adsorbent. The adsorption effects of two adsorbents on sulfadimethazine in water were investigated by static and dynamic experiments. The results showed that the adsorption of sulfamethylpyrimidine in water by pine needle and resin was physical, and the adsorption isotherm equation of the two adsorbents was consistent with the Langmuir equation, and the adsorption kinetics of pine needle could be described by first-order kinetic equation. The adsorption kinetics of resin can be described by the second-order kinetic equation. The pH value of resin has a great influence on the saturated adsorption capacity, and they all have the largest saturated adsorption capacity in near-neutral solution.
