基于生態(tài)工法理念的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:城市化為人們帶來越來越多的現(xiàn)代生活享受,同時也帶來了空間擁擠、環(huán)境惡化、工作壓力等諸多城市病根。想要從長遠戰(zhàn)略角度提高農(nóng)業(yè)效益,解決"三農(nóng)"問題,根本上要因地制宜,發(fā)展生態(tài)休閑農(nóng)業(yè),以低能耗、低污染為基礎(chǔ),在實施建設(shè)過程中達到生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)相協(xié)調(diào),真正地促進農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境及社會經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。生態(tài)工法是以生態(tài)環(huán)境為基礎(chǔ),以系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定與生物多樣性保育為衡量標準,以永續(xù)經(jīng)營發(fā)展為目標,采取順應(yīng)自然的工程方法,旨在維護人類社會及自然生態(tài)互利共生的長遠發(fā)展目標。目前生態(tài)工法廣泛應(yīng)用于國外及我國臺灣地區(qū)的污水處理、林道及植被整治工程,滿足區(qū)域觀光及使用者的需求,為城市及鄉(xiāng)村塑造了優(yōu)質(zhì)的游憩景觀,以達成多功能效益的處理成果為目的,將水域、道路及林地的永續(xù)利用和長期保護作為區(qū)域發(fā)展的重要任務(wù)。目前部分地區(qū)已經(jīng)認識到硬質(zhì)化設(shè)施給鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境造成了不可修復(fù)的污染和破壞,一些休閑農(nóng)園的建設(shè)已經(jīng)意識到生態(tài)工法理念對鄉(xiāng)村景觀營造的重要性。生態(tài)工法在休閑農(nóng)園的部分建設(shè)中得到很好的應(yīng)用,同時也存在著不可避免的問題。本研究在總結(jié)闡述生態(tài)工法內(nèi)涵、應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域、材料選擇及其在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中的工程步驟的基礎(chǔ)上,列舉目前生態(tài)工法在休閑農(nóng)園中的成熟案例,如臺灣八卦山昆蟲生態(tài)休閑農(nóng)場、南京高淳椏溪"生態(tài)之旅"及臺灣屏東千禧公園萬年溪生態(tài)整治工程,總結(jié)案例區(qū)運用生態(tài)工法所取得的良好成效,分析大部分園區(qū)因在設(shè)施建設(shè)及材料選擇等方面的問題而造成生態(tài)農(nóng)園未發(fā)揮生態(tài)效益的現(xiàn)狀。針對應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀與問題,將生態(tài)工法的理念與休閑農(nóng)業(yè)學科結(jié)合,歸納出生態(tài)工法在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用原則及對策,為生態(tài)工法在國內(nèi)的推廣做研究案本。以洪澤湖龍禹生態(tài)園為研究對象,結(jié)合園區(qū)項目概況分析其市場定位與產(chǎn)業(yè)性質(zhì),以生態(tài)工法的視角分析其近幾年的建設(shè)、整治方面問題,以生態(tài)工法對其發(fā)展建設(shè),著重在水系、駁岸道路及綠化景觀設(shè)計方面做構(gòu)想性對策分析。也將此理論與具體休閑農(nóng)園結(jié)合的案例作為今后生態(tài)工法與休閑農(nóng)業(yè)綜合對接的起點,為生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園的產(chǎn)業(yè)定位和調(diào)整提出參考建議與良性對策分析。研究得出目前國內(nèi)生態(tài)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展仍處于產(chǎn)業(yè)初級階段,由于缺乏領(lǐng)先的意識經(jīng)驗,我國休閑農(nóng)業(yè)設(shè)施與城市園林設(shè)施的辨識度仍很低,需要生態(tài)工法對農(nóng)業(yè)資源及農(nóng)地設(shè)施進行合理分析與改造建設(shè),生態(tài)工法對休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的改造工程仍有很大的進步潛力和發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:Urbanization brings people more enjoyment of modern life, but also brings many urban diseases such as crowded space, deterioration of environment, work pressure and so on. In order to improve agricultural efficiency from a long-term strategic point of view and solve the problems of "three rural areas", we should fundamentally adapt measures to local conditions, develop ecological leisure agriculture, and achieve an ecosystem based on low energy consumption and low pollution, and in the course of implementation of the construction process, Coordinate the economic system to promote the sustainable development of agricultural environment and social economy. The ecological engineering method is based on the ecological environment, taking the systematic safety, stability and biodiversity conservation as the yardstick, taking the sustainable management and development as the goal, and adopting the engineering method adapted to the nature. The aim is to maintain the long-term development goal of mutual benefit and symbiosis of human society and natural ecology. At present, eco-engineering methods are widely used in sewage treatment, forest roads and vegetation remediation projects in foreign countries and Taiwan, to meet the needs of regional sightseeing and users, and to create high-quality recreational landscape for cities and villages. The sustainable utilization and long-term protection of water, road and woodland are regarded as the important tasks of regional development in order to achieve multi-functional benefits. At present, some areas have realized that the rigid facilities have caused irreparable pollution and destruction to the rural environment, and some leisure agricultural gardens have realized the importance of the concept of ecological engineering method to the rural landscape construction. The ecological engineering method has been applied well in the construction of the leisure farm garden, and there are some unavoidable problems at the same time. On the basis of summarizing and expounding the connotation, application field, material selection and engineering steps of ecological engineering method in leisure agriculture, this study enumerates the mature cases of ecological engineering method in leisure agriculture garden, such as the ecological leisure farm of insects in Baaoshan Mountain, Taiwan. The "Ecological Journey" of Gaochun River in Nanjing and the Ecological renovation Project of Millennium Park in Pingtung, Taiwan, summed up the good results achieved in the application of ecological engineering method in the case area. This paper analyzes the current situation that the ecological agricultural garden has not brought into full play the ecological benefits due to the problems in facilities construction and material selection in most of the parks. Aiming at the present situation and problems of application, this paper combines the idea of ecological engineering method with the subject of leisure agriculture, sums up the application principles and countermeasures of ecological engineering method in leisure agriculture, and makes a case study for the popularization of ecological engineering method in our country. Taking Hongze Lake Longyu Ecological Park as the research object, combined with the general situation of the park project to analyze its market orientation and industrial nature, to analyze its construction and renovation problems in recent years from the perspective of ecological engineering method, and to develop and construct it by ecological engineering method. Focus on the river system, barge roads and green landscape design to do conceptual countermeasures. The case of the combination of this theory and the concrete leisure agricultural garden is also taken as the starting point of the ecological engineering method and the leisure agriculture in the future, and the reference suggestions and the benign countermeasure analysis for the industrial orientation and adjustment of the ecological agricultural park are put forward. The research shows that the development of domestic ecological leisure agriculture is still in the primary stage of industry, because of the lack of leading consciousness experience, the degree of identification between leisure agricultural facilities and urban garden facilities in China is still very low. Ecological engineering method is needed to reasonably analyze and reconstruct agricultural resources and farmland facilities. Ecological engineering method still has great potential for improvement and development of leisure agriculture.
