滇池銅綠微囊藻生長啟動、最大增長的春化過程等研究

【摘要】:2009-2014年實驗證實滇池銅綠微囊藻具有春化作用,這是一項重要的科學發(fā)現(xiàn),人類開始認識到銅綠微囊藻的生長活動對低溫有需求。為認識滇池銅綠微囊藻大暴發(fā)的條件,需要了解該藻高溫休眠后藻生長啟動的低溫誘導關系、藻大暴發(fā)需要的春化過程,以及冬季變化的低溫與藻春化過程的關系等,為此,開展了不同變溫實驗和誘導低溫連續(xù)誘導實驗,分析藻春化過程與誘導低溫間的關系,研究藻高溫休眠后藻生長啟動的春化過程和藻最大增長率的春化過程、低溫間的掩蓋作用、間斷春化過程的累積作用等。實驗結果與結論如下:結果與分析:(1)藻生長啟動的春化過程(誘導時間/誘導低溫)實驗中,31℃高溫休眠處理1d后,最短誘導時間與誘導溫度的關系呈“V”型,藻生長啟動的春化過程為12h/14℃、11h/13℃、9h/12℃、7h/11℃、6h/10℃、7h/9℃、8h/8℃、10h/7℃,10℃為最適誘導低溫。(2)藻增長的最大春化過程實驗中,藻增長率隨著誘導時間的延長而增加,增長率與誘導時間呈正相關。當處理時間達到45d時,藻增長率由最初的17.7%達到最大值42.2%。表明10℃低溫作用于藻時,藻最大增長率的春化過程是45d/10℃。(3)誘導低溫間的掩蓋作用實驗中,當處理溫度由14℃→13℃→12℃→11℃→10℃降低時,增長率從1.1%上升到27.0%;,當處理溫度由10℃→9℃→8℃→7℃降低時,增長率從27.0%下降到3.8%,誘導低溫間有掩蓋作用。(4)誘導低溫間的累積作用實驗中,當處理溫度由14℃→13℃→12℃→11℃→10℃降低時,10℃間斷出現(xiàn)共12d,12d時的增長率為27.0%,與10℃連續(xù)處理處理12d的增長率26.2%一致,說明誘導低溫間具有累積作用;當處理溫度由10℃→9℃→8℃→7℃降低時,誘導低溫間不具有累積作用。(5)滇池銅綠微囊藻生長的飽和密度實驗中,藻類經(jīng)低溫誘導后的生長趨勢都為:藻增長緩慢→藻增長快速→藻增長趨于平穩(wěn)→藻逐漸死亡,當藻增長趨于平衡時藻達到飽和密度為1010個/L。(6)對滇池銅綠微囊藻的定義討論分析,滇池的銅綠微囊藻的最適生長溫度為19℃,太湖的銅綠微囊藻為25℃。研究結論:(1)最適誘導低溫的藻生長啟動的春化過程最短。(2)滇池銅綠微囊藻暴發(fā)需要特定的春化過程(低溫過程)。(3)強誘導低溫掩蓋弱誘導低溫的藻春化作用,但在10~7℃內,這種掩蓋作用是短時間的。(4)誘導低溫在14~10℃波動對藻作用過程中,最強低溫的間斷春化過程具有累積作用,而誘導低溫在10~7℃波動交替對藻作用過程中,最強低溫的間斷春化過程則沒有累積作用。(5)滇池的銅綠微囊藻藻生長的飽和密度為1010個/L。(6)生長在滇池的銅綠微囊藻是銅綠微囊藻中適應云貴高原湖泊的一個生態(tài)型,即滇池銅綠微囊藻,學名Microcystis aeruginosa in Dianchi Lake。
[Abstract]:The results of 2009-2014 experiments proved that microcystis aeruginosa has vernalization in Dianchi Lake, which is an important scientific discovery. Human beings are beginning to realize that the growth of microcystis aeruginosa needs low temperature. In order to understand the conditions of microcystis aeruginosa outbreak in Dianchi Lake, it is necessary to understand the low temperature induction relationship of algae growth initiation after high temperature dormancy, the vernalization process required by algal outbreak, and the relationship between the low temperature variation in winter and the vernalization process of algae. Different experiments of changing temperature and continuous induction of low temperature were carried out to analyze the relationship between the process of algal vernalization and induced low temperature, and to study the process of vernalization of algae growth and the process of maximum growth rate of algae after high temperature dormancy.
