【摘要】：目前我國迎來了城市建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,隨著建筑行業(yè)的持續(xù)火熱,在建設(shè)施工階段中產(chǎn)生的大量建筑廢棄物對(duì)我們的城市環(huán)境造成了很大程度的破壞,如何解決建筑廢棄物處理問題成為目前建筑學(xué)術(shù)界的重要課題。本文在研究過程中首先通過分析建筑廢棄物所造成的影響危害,從綠色生態(tài)的角度入手,深入研究了建筑廢棄物的管理機(jī)制,這對(duì)于解決其循環(huán)再利用問題具有重要的指導(dǎo)價(jià)值,為研究推進(jìn)建筑廢棄物管理體系提供理論條件和依據(jù)。然后,在對(duì)建筑廢棄物管理進(jìn)行可行性研究的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了建筑廢棄物管理體系,進(jìn)而對(duì)其參與者進(jìn)行博弈分析,提出建立健全建筑廢棄物運(yùn)行機(jī)制、完善法律責(zé)任、加大科研投入、加強(qiáng)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)等具體措施。本文的研究注重管理體系理論與實(shí)際情況的有機(jī)結(jié)合,能切實(shí)的將管理體系應(yīng)用到建筑廢棄物管理生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐當(dāng)中。在對(duì)管理體系組織結(jié)構(gòu)建設(shè)和制度建設(shè)研究的同時(shí),更加著力于對(duì)管理流程和管理體系參與者的研究,若能將管理體系應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐,在實(shí)踐過程中探索出了可行性方案以實(shí)現(xiàn)該管理機(jī)制的有效落實(shí),將更有利于推動(dòng)建筑廢棄物管理體系的建設(shè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has ushered in the period of rapid development of urban construction. With the continuous heat of the construction industry, a large amount of construction waste produced during the construction stage has caused great damage to our urban environment. How to solve the problem of building construction waste has become an important issue in the academic circle. First, through the analysis of the impact of construction waste, the management mechanism of building waste is deeply studied from the perspective of green ecology. It has important guiding value for solving the problem of recycling and reuse. It provides theoretical conditions and basis for the research and promotion of construction waste management system. Then, the construction of building waste management system is provided. On the basis of the feasibility study of waste management, the construction waste management system is constructed, and then the participants are game analyzed. It is put forward to establish and improve the operation mechanism of the construction waste, improve the legal responsibility, increase the investment of scientific research, and strengthen the technical training. The organic combination can effectively apply the management system to the production practice of construction waste management. In the study of the organizational structure and system construction of the management system, it is more focused on the research of the participants of the management process and management system. If the management system should be applied to practice, the feasibility is explored in the practice process. The effective implementation of the management mechanism will be more conducive to promoting the construction and development of construction waste management system.
