北京地區(qū)再生水補(bǔ)給型河湖水質(zhì)改善工程案例分析與問(wèn)題診斷

【摘要】:由于北京地區(qū)水資源嚴(yán)重緊缺,再生水作為補(bǔ)給城市河湖景觀水體的重要水源,用量逐年加大,隨之帶來(lái)的水環(huán)境問(wèn)題也引起關(guān)注,往往需要采用適宜的技術(shù)和工程改善水質(zhì).通過(guò)對(duì)北京城市部分再生水補(bǔ)給型河湖現(xiàn)有水質(zhì)改善工程的調(diào)研,分析與評(píng)估北京市再生水補(bǔ)給城市河湖景觀水體生態(tài)修復(fù)技術(shù)工程建設(shè)與運(yùn)行效果,并與國(guó)內(nèi)外河流、湖泊生態(tài)修復(fù)經(jīng)典案例進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析.結(jié)果表明,修復(fù)工程受運(yùn)行時(shí)間、季節(jié)及后續(xù)維護(hù)的影響,其運(yùn)行效果不穩(wěn)定且逐漸下降.受汛期降水充沛及水量人為調(diào)控影響,城市河湖6—9月水質(zhì)較好;水質(zhì)惡化時(shí)ρ(CODCr)為40~50 mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)為2~5 mg/L,ρ(TN)為10~15 mg/L,ρ(TP)為0.4~1.0 mg/L.水力流動(dòng)循環(huán)、循環(huán)過(guò)濾、化學(xué)除藻和生物調(diào)控等單項(xiàng)及相應(yīng)組合技術(shù)是當(dāng)前北京市再生水補(bǔ)給型河湖水質(zhì)改善的主要手段.對(duì)于水質(zhì)要求較高的再生水補(bǔ)給型河湖,可以考慮輔膜生物反應(yīng)器或生物濾池等旁路生化組合工藝.與國(guó)外的整流域近自然水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)修復(fù)相比,我國(guó)河湖水生態(tài)修復(fù)更注重區(qū)域水質(zhì)的改善,以控制水體富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化為主;對(duì)流域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)修復(fù)的整體性與長(zhǎng)效性關(guān)注不夠,缺乏與園林景觀的融合.為更好地發(fā)揮河湖水體生態(tài)修復(fù)工程效果,未來(lái)應(yīng)在政策法規(guī)、協(xié)調(diào)管理及投融資機(jī)制等方面加大投入力度.
[Abstract]:Due to the serious shortage of water resources in Beijing, reclaimed water is an important source of water supply for the landscape water of rivers and lakes in the city. The amount of water used increases year by year, and the problems of water environment are also concerned, so it is often necessary to adopt appropriate technology and engineering to improve the water quality. Based on the investigation of the existing water quality improvement projects of some reclaimed water recharge rivers and lakes in Beijing, this paper analyzes and evaluates the construction and operation effect of the ecological restoration engineering of the river and lake landscape water bodies in the reclaimed water supply cities of Beijing, and compares with the rivers at home and abroad. The classic cases of lake ecological restoration were compared and analyzed. The results show that the operation effect of the restoration project is unstable and gradually decreased due to the influence of operation time, season and subsequent maintenance. Under the influence of abundant precipitation in flood season and artificial regulation of water quantity, the water quality of urban rivers and lakes is better in June-September. When the water quality deteriorates, 蟻 ~ (CODCr) is 4050 mg / L, 蟻 ~ (NH _ 3-N) is 2 ~ 5 mg / L, 蟻 _ (TN) is 1 010 ~ (15) mg / L, 蟻 ~ (TGP) is 0.41.0 mg / L. Hydraulic flow cycle, circulating filtration, chemical algal removal and biological regulation are the main methods to improve the water quality of reclaimed rivers and lakes in Beijing. The secondary membrane bioreactor or biofilter and other by-pass biochemical combination processes can be considered for reclaimed water recharge type rivers and lakes with high water quality requirements. Compared with the whole watershed near natural water ecosystem restoration abroad, the river and lake water ecological restoration in China pays more attention to the improvement of regional water quality, mainly to the control of water eutrophication, and does not pay enough attention to the integrity and long-term effect of watershed ecosystem restoration. Lack of integration with the landscape. In order to give full play to the effect of ecological restoration of rivers and lakes, we should increase the investment in the aspects of policies and regulations, coordinated management and investment and financing mechanism in the future.
