安徽滁州第二污水處理廠工藝研究及工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本課題主要分析安徽滁州市第二污水處理進(jìn)水水質(zhì)水量及指標(biāo)特性,目的是通過(guò)研究水質(zhì)并對(duì)其分析論證,運(yùn)行先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)流場(chǎng)模擬技術(shù)進(jìn)行工程分析,為該處理廠找到適合的處理工藝,在污水處理工藝研究及計(jì)算機(jī)工程設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域起到一定參考作用及示范作用,為滁州水環(huán)境治理起到良好意義。本次項(xiàng)目研究的內(nèi)容主要有四個(gè)方面:1、針對(duì)污水水質(zhì)及水質(zhì)要求,系統(tǒng)分析確定了核心工藝;2、應(yīng)用三維模型,對(duì)氧化溝進(jìn)行了流場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)模擬;3、進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的工藝工程設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)工程投入運(yùn)行后的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣分析,驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及設(shè)計(jì)的合理性等;4、對(duì)工程進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。論文針對(duì)以上四個(gè)研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行了研究論述,主要得到了以下研究成果:1.污水處理廠設(shè)計(jì)總規(guī)模確定為15萬(wàn)m3/d,其中一期工程為5萬(wàn)m3/d;預(yù)測(cè)進(jìn)水水質(zhì)為CODcr400mg/L,BOD5200mg/L,SS 250mg/L,TN 40mg/L,NH3-N 35mg/L,TP3mg/L。經(jīng)過(guò)分析比較,本課題污水處理采用改良型脫氮除磷氧化溝生物處理工藝(即改良型氧化溝工藝),經(jīng)處理后出水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)符合《(GB18918-2002)城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(一級(jí)B)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);污泥濃縮脫水干化至含水率低于50%后外運(yùn)處置。2.設(shè)計(jì)污水二級(jí)處理部分采用了改良型脫氮除磷氧化溝污水處理工藝,該法是在普通卡魯塞爾氧化溝前增加一個(gè)厭氧區(qū)和一個(gè)缺氧區(qū),并在厭氧缺氧區(qū)設(shè)置了多點(diǎn)進(jìn)水,形成了一個(gè)具有良好除磷脫氮效果的污水處理工藝,它綜合了A2/O法和氧化溝法的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有出水水質(zhì)好、不易發(fā)生污泥膨脹、除磷脫氮效率高、抗沖擊負(fù)荷能力強(qiáng)、能耗省、污泥易穩(wěn)定、便于自動(dòng)化控制等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。研究中運(yùn)用建立三維模型,對(duì)氧化溝進(jìn)行了流場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)模擬,驗(yàn)證得出設(shè)計(jì)改良型氧化溝溝型尺寸設(shè)計(jì)合理,溝內(nèi)平均流速0.36m/s,能夠形成完全混合效果,并且對(duì)設(shè)備運(yùn)行方式提出建議,是一次計(jì)算機(jī)流體模擬軟件技術(shù)與污水處理工藝的成功實(shí)踐。3.設(shè)計(jì)污水系統(tǒng)采用“預(yù)處理(粗細(xì)格柵用+曝氣沉砂池)+改良型氧化溝+周進(jìn)周邊輻流式沉淀池+紫外消毒”的工藝,該系統(tǒng)技術(shù)路線成熟,脫氮除磷效果好,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,節(jié)約成本等特點(diǎn)。設(shè)計(jì)污泥處理部分采用污泥一體化機(jī)械濃縮脫水處理工藝,該方法工藝流程短,系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化程度高;占地面積小,無(wú)需新增占地和土建;設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)潔、安全可靠;投資少,運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低。4.該項(xiàng)目總投資9710.94萬(wàn)元,單位水量經(jīng)營(yíng)成本0.62元/m3。5.項(xiàng)目于2013年建成通車(chē)并投入試運(yùn)行,2013年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)進(jìn)水均值CODcr280mg/L,BOD5140mg/L,SS 230mg/L,TN 28mg/L,NH3-N 35mg/L,TP 2.3mg/L。數(shù)值接近設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)出水完全達(dá)標(biāo)。處理效果良好,改良型氧化溝運(yùn)行效果穩(wěn)定,是一次成功的工程設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this project is to analyze the water quality, quantity and index characteristics of the second sewage treatment in Chuzhou, Anhui Province. The purpose of this paper is to run advanced computer flow field simulation technology for engineering analysis by studying water quality and analyzing and demonstrating it. Finding a suitable treatment process for the treatment plant plays a certain reference and demonstration role in the research of sewage treatment process and the application of computer engineering design, and plays a good role in the treatment of water environment in Chuzhou. The contents of this project are mainly four aspects: 1. According to the water quality and water quality requirements, the core process is analyzed and determined systematically. The oxidation ditch is simulated dynamically by using the three-dimensional model, and the systematic process engineering design is carried out. After the project is put into operation, the field sampling analysis, the verification of the design parameters and the rationality of the design are made, and the economic analysis of the project is carried out. The thesis has carried on the research discussion to the above four research contents, has obtained the following research result mainly: 1. The total design size of the wastewater treatment plant was determined to be 150000 m3 / d, and the first stage of the project was 50 m3 / d; the predicted influent quality was CODCR 400mg / L Bod 5200 mg / L SSS 250 mg / L TN 40 mg / L NH _ 3-N 35 mg L / L / T TP3 mg / L. Through analysis and comparison, the improved biological treatment process of nitrogen and phosphorus removal oxidation ditch (improved oxidation ditch process) is adopted in this project. After treatment, the effluent quality standard conforms to the standard of pollutant discharge (Grade B) of the Municipal sewage treatment Plant (GB18918-2002). Sludge concentration, dehydration, drying to less than 50% moisture content, then transport treatment. 2. 2. In the design of the secondary treatment of wastewater, the improved process of nitrogen and phosphorus removal oxidation ditch wastewater treatment was adopted. In this method, an anaerobic zone and an anoxic zone were added in front of the common Carrousel oxidation ditch, and a multi-point influent was installed in the anaerobic anoxic zone. A wastewater treatment process with good effect of phosphorus and nitrogen removal is formed. It combines the advantages of A 2 / O process and oxidation ditch process. It has the advantages of good effluent quality, easy sludge bulking, high efficiency of phosphorus removal and nitrogen removal, strong impact load resistance, and low energy consumption. Sludge is easy to stabilize and easy to control automatically. In the study, a three-dimensional model was established to simulate the flow field of the oxidation ditch. The results show that the design of the modified oxidation ditch is reasonable, and the average velocity of flow in the ditch is 0.36 m / s, which can form a complete mixing effect. It is a successful practice of computer fluid simulation software technology and sewage treatment process. The process of "pre-treatment (aeration sand settling tank for thick and fine grille) improved ultraviolet disinfection of peripheral radial flow sedimentation tank of oxidation ditch" was designed. The technical route of the system is mature, the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal is good, and the operation is stable. Cost saving and other characteristics. The sludge treatment part is designed with sludge integrated mechanical thickening and dewatering process. The process flow is short, the system automation is high, the area is small, no new occupation and civil construction is needed, the equipment is simple, safe and reliable, and the investment is less. Low operating cost. The total investment of the project is 97.1094 million yuan, and the operating cost per unit water amount is 0.62 yuan / m ~ (3.5). The project was completed and put into trial operation in 2013. The statistical data measured in 2013 were CODcr280 mg / L BOD5140 mg / L SS 230 mg / L TN 28 mg / L N 35 mg / LTP 2.3 mg / L. The value is close to the design index and the design water is up to the standard. The treatment effect is good and the operation effect of improved oxidation ditch is stable. It is a successful engineering design practice.
