鋁型材廢渣中鋁溶出與制備聚合氯化鋁鐵

【摘要】:以鋁型材廢渣和酸洗廢水為原料制備聚合氯化鋁鐵。考察了氫氧化鈉堿液濃度、溶出時(shí)間和溶出溫度對鋁溶出效果的影響,采用堿溶法溶出鋁型材廢渣中鋁的溶出條件為:氫氧化鈉堿液濃度4 mol/L,溶出溫度60℃、溶出時(shí)間3 h,鋁溶出率可達(dá)到87.6%。鋁溶出液與酸洗廢水聚合最佳反應(yīng)條件為:p H值為3,聚合反應(yīng)溫度為25℃,攪拌反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2 h,靜置熟化時(shí)間為18 h。制備的聚合氯化鋁鐵中鋁與鐵的質(zhì)量比為3∶1。
